My son has been going here during baseball off-season for a about a year now. This is a fantastic facility! The staff here is amazing!! The trainers are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. The fitness programs are very affordable. Highly recommend!

Owner not too friendly with the kids. Does not really help if a child is doing something wrong.
