Renting online was incredibly simple. I showed up the next day and the unit was ready for us to move in to. All the directions were clear and I was so thankful that the process was easy and efficient!

My experience with Valley storage has been phenomenal. Sabrina (Manager) has been so awesome. She is very sweet, and she has just been so helpful with everything. She most definitely trys her hardest and goes above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smooth and easy for her customers. Valley storage is a very clean and secure environment. Every customer representative that I have spoken too have been so polite and helpful as well. So my experience overall thus far has been absolutely amazing. There is honestly not 1 negative thing I could say about Valley storage.

Upon entering the facility I was impressed! The office area was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the rental process super easy. Once I got to my unit I was even more impressed with how clean the unit was!! I would definitely recommend Valley Storage to friends and family! The entire experience has far exceeded my expectations!!

The staff was always very helpful and responsive and the facilities were very clean. The only downside was the price but I was OK with it because of the facility.

It was very easy to set up my usage. I appreciated that after I no longer had renters insurance I had insurance offered to me through valley storage. The gate always worked and I felt my stuff was safe.

Very well kept facility. The only gripe I have is I needed to use the restroom and it was so gross I was scared to use it. Reasonable rates though and nice people that work there.
