Noah in the photo department was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was visiting my elderly mother from out-of-state and he made a job that I thought would be time-consuming and challenging to be easy and fun. It was done within 10 minutes, it totally made my day! I really enjoyed working with him, he is an fantastic employee! And he did all of this while also handling the numerous customers that came in for FedEx and other photo orders.

Talked to Stephanie on the phone about prescriptions that had been ordered through my doctor. Worked though insurance information problems. Figured out the issues quickly and made everything right! Stephanie was kind, considerate, and genuinely very helpful! Thank You Stephanie! You made my day with your exceptional customer service!

I do love shopping here because of the coupons and I follow pages on instagram to get things cheap but idk what has been up with them lately I pick same day pick up even for photos and it's been at least 2-3 days for them to be ready

Was in line prior to their 1:30 PM break. They finished car in front of me at 1:30 PM. I pulled up and they put the sign up for their lunch break. At least have common courtesy not to throw sign up when I pull up- or have policy that you must arrive prior to 1:25 PM to have services rendered.

Never have I had to deal with such insulting incompetents than the photo department at this location! Not only did they screw up an order, making promises they couldn't keep they then sent me an insulting email full of lies!I placed an order then got a call that it couldn't be done due to lack of inventory. I was told to cancel the order and redo it as a different item and get it at the cheaper price. 8 days later, my 2 hour print order was still "in process" When I called, no one had a clue about my order. I was told to call the 800 number. After the 800 number "customer service" hung up on me for asking a question, I got this insulting email!

Walgreens employees will refuse to sell you contraceptives based on their personal religious beliefs and the Walgreens corporation supports this discrimination. Spend your money elsewhere.

today I went to North Ridgeville Walgreens in a lady claimed she was the GM the general manager I called another store found out and she's not and she's got a really messed-up look on her face when I took a picture of her today because she tried to instigate things at the North Ridgeville store

They are pricing gouging!!
Our 2 prescriptions came to $112.00....& Sam's Club the total for both would be $14.00. I will NEVER step foot in a worthless Walgreens again! Shameful!!

I was standing inline and this poor old lady seemed confused about her prescription and the lady ringing her out didnt help her she acted impatient like I just want to ring u out I felt bad for the poor lady!!!! So it came to my turn she was very nice to me either the avon walgreens never had a problem w them they take there time and r friendly!!!
