Zoe was very patient and cordial in helping both my wife and I who are in our senior years and not quite up on technology in today's world, so that was a bonus for us both. One unfortunate thing is the transfer of data did not go well for my wife from old phone to new, her messages didn't transfer and she spent 2 plus hours trying to get her messages transferred from a Verizon technician over the phone with no luck.
Everything transferred from my old phone to new except the pictures that were attached to my messages on my old phone, unfortunately without checking my new phone at the store after the transfer of data before we left the store to be sure all transferred. Unfortunately I gave the sales person permission to clear my old phone of data. So, lessons would be to be sure to check your new phone after a transfer of data before leaving. Technology isn't perfect, but all in all I'm satisfied with my new s24, not sure my wife is though with her s24 ultra.

Went in a couple days ago to get a new phone and everything went great! The store manager, Shane, was very knowledgeable and the entire process was super quick. I will definitely be returning in the future.

If you've used an actual Verizon location then you can't do anything at this store, and they can't even look up your orders, this store is pointless. I have more items in my junk drawer than this store has for sale.

Signed our business up for internet and phone, the business manager Jeff and the Instore rep Chris promised us 90 dollar bill and some change. It takes a lot for me a lot to give a review let alone a terrible one. The customer service I’ve received from both of them has absolutely been bottom of the barrel the worst customer service and treatment for a service I have ever received in my entire life. The lack of accountability and truthfulness is so irritating and unfair. Just received a 374 dollar bill. I have reached out to the business manager and so many occasions and he hasn’t had the decency courtesy or respect to return a paying customers phone call back because they are unwilling and unable to be accountable our honest about their actions. This is the worst customer service I ever received if you want a company to sing you up and then not help you at all or be accountable for the lies they tell you and avoid you come to this store and deal with this branch of Verizon. Absolute terrible service all around please if your a business and want to know how to not treat you customers take a page out of there book.

Horrible customer service!! I didn’t catch the name of the supposed store manger but he is a darker skin gentlemen with tattoos he was a horrible associate! Very rude and not helpful at all! All he wanted to do was get us out the door! Lied to us about a customer service issue and then refused service after problem was resolved! I’ll never step foot into this store again! And to the manger if you don’t like your job get a new one because you suck at being a manger. Verizon look into him he needs a bigger supervisor to train him a little more on going above and beyond for his customers because he did the bare minimum and was so rude to us he definitely deserves to get demoted. Do not waste your time go somewhere else!

Terrible!! Absolutely terrible!! In December we went in for 1 new phone as a Christmas gift. We were told it was free. We were also told all our phones could be traded in for new ones at no cost. Well we have been charged for all 5 phones. After months of phone calls and texts we still do not have all the money to cover the charges. The district manager will not return my calls anymore. I will never use this store again.

Just stopped in, gentleman wasn't helpful in giving me the information I requested. I was willing to wait until they were done with the current customer. The worker just seemed interested in getting me out the door. I'll stop by another location for proper help.
