The first unit that I was in didn’t have the heat turned on right away which resulted in my water pump to get frozen and now I have a leak in my line. The customer service promptly moved me to a new unit the next day because of this issue. The unit is nice.

I'm honestly not too sure yet because I just started renting my unit. It's pretty good so far though. Very clean. Very friendly staff.
