We met Kiarra a few weeks ago when my wife and I came into a nearby PNC branch to add me to her accounts for access in case of an emergency. Kiarra was the most kind, polite, and professional banker we have ever worked with, and I do not say that lightly. Serving us was a little more than a complex handful. Painting the visual, in Kiarra's office, was my wife, myself, our 7-month-old baby in her carrier, and my service dog, so needless to say there was a LOT going on. She was attentive to everything and an absolute pleasure to talk with, making the experience so much more than a bank transaction. What could have been a quick and easy transaction with her subject matter expertise, lasted quite a bit longer (by choice), and this was due to Kiarra's professionalism and top-notch level of customer service. We quickly got to know each other and became friends sharing some of our life experiences with each other. Anytime I need to do PNC banking in the Noth Ridgeville Ohio area, there is not a doubt in my mind that I want to know that Kiarra is taking care of my banking, and my family would recommend her to anyone. Our local branch has very helpful tellers and managers. They've really helped us negotiate a thorny problem or two! Friendly faces here as well- you feel welcomed.

Very GOOD PNC bank. Nice fast tellers. Pnc corporate needs to lighten up on the covid procedures. The stand on the circle and constant wiping of counters. Lol. OTHERWISE very happy. They helped me to process credit cards with my website. Loaned me money when I needed it.

I went in with 3 minutes until close to withdraw cash as I had broken my debit card. They offered to print me a new card on the spot - and stayed to do it! Did not feel rushed at all. Offered to and then took care of a second banking issue on the spot. Great customer service! Even removed a banking fee I had incurred recently. A wonderful local bank.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wait time is a little longer than I wish for for drive through but the staff makes up for it!

Don't mind the bank itself but this branch is horrible, expect to wait an hour just to deposit. Each teller is training which I understand but at least have an ample amount of bankers who know what they are doing, not one running around to 6 people. Will never come back to this location, I don't recomend anyone try it unless you have a lot of time to spare.

I was there today and it was fine. I had to laugh at the review that said when they tried to make a withdraw they were treated like criminals and denied. That sounds totally normal. I'm sure there's nothing else to that story at all.
