“I had placed an online order for two sets of ceramic dishes for our anniversary party. They arrived with many pieces broken in each of the two boxes. I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. “I have never seen a better set up bathroom for a store. They had a flip out stool for my 3 yr old to stand on so we could actually wash his hands. Then they had paper towels insteadof that air dryer that scares him and they had a door that pushed out so you didn't have to waste towels to open the door. Thank you so much for thinking of everyone that uses the bathroom. It was also incredibly clean!”
