We have lived here for 36 years and when they changed ownership it has not be a good experience. I do not know who is in the office now, but whom ever it is , she is very rude. If you are going to work with the public you could at least put on a false face and be courteous, it doesn’t matter if I live here or not….JUST BE NICE!!

Uncarng, Unresponsive office staff.Office rarely open.$695 a month lot fee only Inc. water, sewer & garbage.No pool. No clubhouse. No party room.Only care about money.You are just a number.Nasty Threatening Eviction letter taped to your door if the lot fee is 3 days late.Leave new trailers blocking the streets for months in end.Ban you from the office if you complain.Corporate wants to pack as many new$80,000 (+ lot fee) tin can trailers in as possible right next to each other.Will be moving out ASAP.

Though very kind staff, very unknowledgeable about property and where our back yard n front yard begin ?, neighbors all claim its all theirs so I don't know where to start decorating our yard . walked around n saw beautiful yards so felt lied to. A bit disappointed.

North ridge cove, owned by haven park Is basically An absentee landlord. We are without management for 5 or 6 months at a time And when they do hire someone they don't last but 2 months.I have lived here for 5 years, I'm 83 years old. When Their water meter broke from The meter to the street I was told it was their responsibility to fi, which they refused. I was without water for 5 days. The management, Which i very new here was very rude to me. The rules and regulations to our leases are never reinforced. I have seen pictures of rats sitting on porches in the back of the properties which I am sure is an additional health hazard.I am 83 years oldI am 83 years oldI am an 80

They give out rent checks late - also supposed to give a 5 day grace period. Even when I got my rent in before the 5th they charged me a 75$ late fee but charged my mom - who’s was turned in with mine $50? They lady in the office is a rude as the day is long and will blatantly ignore phone calls and people she doesn’t want to deal with. She does not know what she’s doing plain and simple. They shut the water off around 5pm with little to no notice to almost every resident. They refuse to hire someone who works holidays for residents as most the park sits without water… ON CHRISTMAS DAY while the worker tells us we ruined his holiday. I do not recommend any new lookers to move in here.

don't care about residents. won't address basic needs and repairs. won't respond to calls or emails. raise rents too often claim rising costs yet don't have staff or repairs

We’ve lived here from previous owner to this new group. First of all they can’t keep a property manager, as of right now there isn’t one. Last one was here about a month. Their prices of lot rent ect.. continue to climb(well above area parks). There are no amenities here nor is it what one would call beautiful. These people are just awful!!!

Just moved in about 2 months ago so far like it wish they would add a pool and indoor pool they have the spot for it that would make this place awesome
