Mike at MIP Storage always got back to me in timely manner… most of the time right away and sometimes within a couple of hours. That made the rental process easier for me, as I was renting for another person from another state. I was able to get the logistics of the move out of the way very quickly.

Excellent customer service!!Moved to OH on a Sunday and needed a storage unit last minute. Called Mike and he picked up and greeted me like a friend. He helped me out made sure I was taken care and even answered my texts when I couldn’t figure out the lock.

Amazing customer service. I went online. I rented a storage unit. It was easy I misjudged the size I would need all I had to do is call and and within minutes he was texting me with two other bigger units to look at easiest process even with my mistake. He didn’t hesitate to help me.

Great place! Very easily accessible for my big moving truck, very clean and well maintained, and the owner was super friendly and easy to work with! I've used other storage facilities in the past, but this one is by far the best experience I've had and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an extra space to store your things!

I have had a storage unit with MIP for about 5 years now and have never had a problem. They allow 24 hour hour access which is convenient when you work all the time. The management has always been responsive in returning my phone calls or email promptly and Mike has always been very friendly and helpful in whatever I needed.
