My 13 year old daughter has been going for less than a year and has achieved many accomplishments, including championships in school basketball, AAU, golf and track. She has gotten so much stronger, built muscle and self confidence. I attribute all of this to the team at Method. Most recently she was invited to the Ohio Sectionals for golf. The team at Method has been so supportive that they were one of my first phone calls to share the great news. If you or your child wants to take your game to the next level you must go to Method.

Anna is an amazing trainer. She was so patient in dealing with my limited ability due to my back injury. Highly recommended gym. Customer service is top notch!

I am fairly new to Method but so far I am loving the results I am seeing from my workouts here. The coaches are super helpful and always take the time to show you new exercises and proper form so you are getting the most out of your workout.

I’ve been going to Method 4x week for a month with my 17-yr-old son. He wanted a personal trainer and after searching, I found Method’s group training program with individual workout plans and decided to join with him. I’ve been doing Peloton at home for years - maintaining but not progressing or really testing myself. In one month of strength training, I’ve been pushed out of my comfort zone and have made noticeable improvements. The scale is moving and my clothes fit better. I love everything about this gym. I love the coaches and that i just have to show up and do what I’m told. And my son is learning correct form and gaining confidence. If you are looking to make real changes- this is the place!

I'm a mom of 3 athletes and when I saw the improvement in my daughter's weight, speed, and overall well being after going to Method, I wanted to try it for myself. I started in January 2021 and my weight is down and my muscle tone is the best it's been since high school and I'm in my late 40s. The hours are very convenient so I can get my workout in before getting my kids off to school and starting my workday. I love the flexibility of schedule and being able to do both strength training and PACE the cardio class and it's fun! The trainers are awesome esp Anna and she puts together great plans to help you achieve your specific goals and checks in to see if you are on track. I have never been committed to a gym but the positive impact on my health and visible physical results these last 8 months keep me coming back.

I absolutely love method. The coaches are amazing and always positive. They are always pushing you to be your best and to get you stronger and better. The personalized workouts they make for you are very beneficial for helping you achieve your goals no matter what they are.They are a very fun group of people to work with. The facility is very clean with plenty of equipment for everyone to work with. Going to method is my favorite part of my day!

Method Sports is second to none! They have worked with my daughter to enhance her strengths and build up her weaknesses. It has provided her with confidence as a by product of the tough but nurturing environment of the gym. She looks forward to her workouts and comes out with a sense of accomplishment. The staff has become an integral part of her world and they truly care about these athletes! They come to games, they provide encourgement, and they help to direct their clients when they are challenged both mental and physically! We are so fortunate to have found Method!

We signed up during COVID last year to give our family something to do. Place was clean, very clean. Never worried about that at all. Our family loved the atmosphere and the coaches are amazing! Our boys, 14 and 12 love the personal one on one training they get. We will continue to use method when our boys aren’t “in season” with their sports, but without a doubt would recommend to anyone looking for the individual training!

Method is a very clean facility with plenty of equipment for athletes working out at the same time. The environment and qualified trainers push athletes to get better everyday while still enjoying their programmed workouts. Every athletes has a program specific to their goals to help them achieve in their sport such as to gain muscle, get faster, be able to move more quickly, jump higher, etc… I highly recommend student athletes and adults to join method seeing as such and impact it has made on my life.

I joined Methods Sports and Fitness on 02/07/2020 to better improve my overall health and gain a stronger, more fit body as I had just turned 50 a few months prior. I had never done a squat with weight, let alone used any of the equipment in the gym so it was all quite intimidating but the coaches made you feel at ease. While weightlifting was out of my comfort zone, I have steadily improved my form, weights, reps, etc. Anna, Kyle, John, and Jon have been wonderful coaches and truly listen to what each person needs and helps them obtain their goals by creating a workout geared for each individual. They are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their field. Rhonda works the front office and is always cheerful and helpful as well! If you are thinking about improving your overall health and strength by upping your game, give Method Sports and Fitness a try; I am so glad I did!

If your looking just to get back into shape or have a student athlete serious about preparing for High School athletics or preparing for the Travel Team season take a look at Method. Training at Method has been a game changer for me. The office staff is very cheery and helpful. The trainers are helpful and friendly and know what they are doing to help you get healthier, and stronger while making it comfortable and not intimidating. I love working out at Method.

Have to give a shout out and referal to Method Sports and Fitness. My daughter has a membership there and goes a few times a week. We pay for monthly unlimited, so I called today to tell them I don't care about the weeks in March she is losing, cut to the Coronavirs restrictions, but was curious how they were handling memberships starting in April. Amazing customer service is all I have to say!! Not only had they already taken care of it so we won't be losing any money, even
