Just want to say thank you for going above and beyond to help my husband today. He was from out of town, limped into your shop and you helped him right away. Told him exactly what was wrong, was completely honest. Didn't try and rip him off. He also watched you take care of an elderly couple that also was in distress..make them feel comfortable and just helped them replace a bolt they needed. Most shops would of milked it for profit.

Called around for brake and rotor replacement, found a great price here and good reviews- called and spoke with Al. Very professional, very informative, very nice. Then, out daughter got into an accident and we towed her car here and had it looked at- talk about super helpful- he fit us right in. Called and gave a great price and had it repaired the next day! Did I mention amazing?! Everyone here is so amazing, so informative, so nice and helpful. They were willing to stick around on a Friday so I could pick the car up- that's how amazing they are- Thank you all Soo much for everything! I can only say this.....Johnsons Automotive is absolutely the most professional, classisest, honest and fair priced auto garage I've ever taken my cars for repair! I 've been a customer there for many years and have had many cars and vans there. Batteries, tune-ups, tires, brakes, struts, alignment's, water pumps the list goes on and on! Owner Alan is a super intelligent mechanic who explains what is wrong with you car and how it will be repaired in language you understand! Johnsons not only fixes your problem but safety checks your car and advises you of any foreseen problems'. All my vehicle's have been put on a maintenance schedule. When you car is complete Sarah will explain your invoice and offer payment plans if needed. I've never felt SAFER in my car as when I leave Johnsons! Frank A.
