Very combative employees. They like quoting state laws that don't exist. Was given the wrong tobacco item, and then they refused to exchange or return the item. Per the non existent state law. Stear clear of this gas station.

I got belittled and swore at when telling the red headed cashier that he had scanned the wrong lotto ticket for my purchase. He had actually scanned a winning ticket for repurchase instead of my lotto card. They were different prices, so it was obvious to me that he had scanned the wrong one. Guess it was too much to handle when I gave them both to him at the same time. He got all flustered and took it out on me when he didn't know how to fix it. I called corporate to report the swearing over a month ago, with no response at all. I guess help is so hard to come by these days that Get Go doesn't care how their employees treat their customers. This guy was so worked up and jittery over something so easily fixed, he's definitely a business risk in my opinion. I won't be going in there again. No one deserves to be treated that way. It's too bad because many of the other employees have been so nice.

Everytime I come to this store the same lady wants to ID me..I come everyday. I'm starting to think she has amnesia either that or she's messing with me because she knows I don't bring it in because I'm hoping that after the fiffty millionth time of seeing me she would remember me. It's annoying. And I'm pretty sure I'm older than her.

Beware of credit card skimmers on their pumps. Every time my credit card card # is stolen it is within 12 hours of getting gas at their pumps.

To previous comment: I understand as a customer it sounds so simple to just validate a $20 winning scratch-off. However, maybe this employee actually did not have the money in the lottery register at the time. As the lottery and regular registers are completely separate drawers. This person you speak of may not have access to the safe(s) where the lottery reserve is stored. As far as the cops being called, I have no idea on what happen cause I wasn't there. Finally, instead of lashing out, how about putting yourself in their shoes. What would you do if you have little to no money in a lottery register, no access to the lottery reserve, and a customer (lets say) that was being belligerent over a $20 scratch-off?

They want to sell lottery but when it comes to paying out winners (They Refuse). I watched a customer try to use a $20 Winning Lottery ticket to pay for gas. The cashier told her "she didn't have enough money to cash it". It was the middle of the afternoon & the customer pumped $20 already. All the cashier has to do was Validate the ticket. She called the COPS instead. Nuts...
