Went to their ATM to withdraw cash. The machine took the request and spit out zero cash, then deducted it from my account. 300 dollars. Called the branch and the woman said “oh our ATM hasn’t been working for days.” I’m like how about putting a sign up that says that. She said there is a sign on it. I’m like nope, no sign. (I do recall there was pieces of scotch tape on the machine like a piece of paper had been taped to it, but it either blew away in the 40 mph winds or someone tore it off.) Very professional. Scotch tape a piece a paper to a machine that’s outside in the weather? This is the second time in 6 months that a 5/3 atm spit out zero money after it accepted a request to withdraw cash. This bank is a joke. Their “network” of free non fifth third ATM machines is also a sham. Half of the ones they claim are free for 5/3 customers do charge you exorbitant fees to use them. You have to find a fifth third atm and since they closed half of their branches, you have to drive forever to find one. Avoid this bank like the plague.

This branch and its manager, Sara Markle, make you feel like a Rockefeller regardless of your bank balance. I very rarely go inside the bank but when I do they know me by name. It's that attention to detail that matters. Any time we've had questions or needs, they roll up their sleeves like we are family and help us get answers and results. It's a small-town feel with big-town backing...love 5/3!

Avoid the Humans here. Use the ATM instead. Idling prevalent amongst staff. ATMS thankfully cannot idle around.

Sarah the manager needs training in customer service. I can't believe the bank is still standing as she does not know the bank policies nor does she think they need to be followed.
