“I needed a universal remote for a high end two channel system. With harmony discontinuing remotes I was in a spot for a custom solution. I spoke to Mike and he was knowledgeable, honest, upfront, and gave me fair prices. His suggestion was the perfect solution. When I was ready he came out, spent hours programming, testing, and setting up the remote on top of the how to use it tutorial. Not only this but when he was here I mentioned some internet issues which he corrected for me at no charge. This is how customer service should be handled. Thanks again Mike for the great experience.”
