Constant mistakes done by the pharmacy when I ask they take no blame and direct me to other people who tell me that they strictly have to deal with it but don't even try to correct the situation. Messed up my son's medication more than once blamed the insurance and blamed other stores. The other stores were able to correct their issue with no problem but they wouldn't even take an attempt to try and help me and fix it to get my son's medication.

Friendly, helpful clerks, and staff. Pharmacy personnel seek to provide you with the information that you need to make informed decisions. They have exited the pharmacy to search for an OTC drug that you are seeking. Always clean and organized

This is my favorite pharmacy even though trying to refill meds through the app is annoying.Ross is one of the best pharmacists there. Normally the pharmacist will not wait on customers and just hide behind the counter counting pills. He’s really good about helping there pharmacy techs and will help customers get in and out fast to go on with the rest of their day.He also has an awesome memory and I’d love to have as good of a memory as him. It prob would’ve made Nursing School A LOT EASIER! ? He knows the customers by names and faces which is unheard of by most businesses!

Just moved here and this pharmacy staff I’ve ever experienced with CVS. They pick up the phone, fill prescriptions quickly without having to ask AND they’re always friendly. Thought it was a fluke at first. Good pharmacies are hard to come by nowadays.

The employees at this store are phenomenal. The cashiers up front help sort out my printed coupons and are always very helpful. It's the pharmacy I can't say enough about. Our insurance limits us to just CVS for in network cost so we've been coming to this store for years. The techs are the best! Wether it's at the window or over the phone you get the best customer service.

There is a UPS drop off point at this cvs. Just walk up to the front registers and the employees will scan your packages and get an email or phone number so you get a message stating your order has been dropped off. Parking lot entrance is on a side street. Workers are nice.

On hold for 10 min waiting to find out why my prescription delivery was canceled. Pharmacy never came back on the line. Disappointing.

I've gone to this store a few times in the last few years, but a recent visit will be my last. I asked if I could return an item and the first person I saw (the store was otherwise empty of customers) told me it couldn't be returned. Instead of asking why, I asked if I could see a copy of the store's return policy. Instead of presenting the return policy or directing me to where I could find it, he raised his voice and repeated to me twice, "Dude, it can't be returned!". After requesting to speak with his supervisor, I was eventually presented with the policy I requested so that I could read and understand the full scope (by the supervisor - who gave the other employee a stern glare as he continued yelling his displeasures). After refusing to give me his name when I asked, the supervisor told me and I started to make my way to the door. As I was leaving, the first employee began repeatedly shouting the spelling of his name to me from the other side of the store, even after I was outside the store. I won't be visiting this CVS location again as a result of this difficult employee.

Ross and his staff are the best in the business!! Truly appreciate all the years of great customer service!! Thanks to Ross, Jim, Mike, Erin, and the entire staff at CVS North Ridgeville, Ohio.(Sorry, wish I could remember all the names and after 20+ years, I should. But a thank you to everyone at CVS. Memory is not what it used to be)

Jacquelyn us a great cashier she checked all my coupons to see if any would work with my purchases and saved me an additional 3 dollars..above and beyond service!
