“NOW I GET IT! First and very important, people like to say the next generation doesn't like to work. In all fairness, we can't glom all young people in this category. I walked in Lil' Chet's to witness a young man vacuuming the floor, a very kind, patient and broad smiling young lady named Grace who wore the business brand well and then a taller, young man at the cash register and three other younger associates all busy at their post. I always thank people who are working these days but I'll go as far to say these associates were raised right. Bravo to whoever hired so many good workers. Now the Chicken. I walk To the back of the store and there it is.....a trove of fried chicken. I can't tell you how many people I know rave about this fried chicken. They say "it's the best around". I have driven past this place so many times, usually with somewhere to go. This time someone took the wheel and steered me straight in their lot. So I go in to see what all the fuss is about. Grace explained the difference of the chicken selection was. Just to sample, I opted for two thighs and one breast for beef and my wife with a side of sweet mustard. Got home to try it....Rats! I should have bought more.... The chicken was done right. Crispy, not greasy. In fact, if I had to rush out of the house, I know I could turn the doorknob with out washing the grease off my fingers. Breasts were not dry, thighs were tender, better than average in size and the mustard dip had a familiar taste to it but just enough off to make me consider it wasn't store bought and repackaged. So NOW I GET IT! What all the fuss was about. I'll be back for sure.”

“Butternut Corners Market is perfect for what it is - a little convenience store on the corner so you don't have to go all the way to the grocery for whatever you need. They have assorted cold drinks (pop, Gatorade, iced tea, energy drinks) and beer, sweet and salty snacks, a deli counter with premade hot/cold sandwiches, household items, grocery basics like milk, butter, cheese, bacon, ice cream, canned goods, even some household cleaning items and a small selection of vegetables. They have an ATM and lottery tickets. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I stop by at least once a week, usually in my pajamas or something crazy, and they never bat an eye. I can't think of anything I would change - maybe ask them to stock G2? Pretty minor. If you see a crazy lady running on no sleep in her pajamas, perhaps with a small child in tow, that's probably me. Feel free to say hi.”

“The gas station attendant professionally worked around a problem a customer had due to the sales system’s setup. He courteously explained the situation, solicited help from another customer, sorted it out - all to keep the line moving and everyone happy late evening on Christmas Day. Someone nominate him for TSA leadership.”

“I'm happy to see this place has opened up, we need competition for gas stations around there.The store is neat and has basic snacks, drinks and, cigarettes; the young lady behind the counter was attentive and pleasant. Gas prices were on par with what you are going to expect anywhere nowadays; at the same time, Exxon does sell Top Their certified fuel.One thing I'd love to see in this store, is a decent selection of beer.”

“Jessica in the kitchen is the absolute best!!! She will see me coming looking for a specific cookie for my son and she will let me know if there is any or offer to make them. Today is my daughter's 16th birthday and she loves the pizza from here. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 large orders of tenders and Jo Jo's. It was freash and ready right at 5om as requested. Take care of her the way she takes care of customers, she is a real asset. Merry Christmas and thank you again Jessica!”

“Noah in the photo department was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was visiting my elderly mother from out-of-state and he made a job that I thought would be time-consuming and challenging to be easy and fun. It was done within 10 minutes, it totally made my day! I really enjoyed working with him, he is an fantastic employee! And he did all of this while also handling the numerous customers that came in for FedEx and other photo orders.”

“I just wanted to pick up a quick 5 gallons for my lawn mower, so I checked clevelandgasprices.com, found snappy's to have the lowest price around and they were only a little further than other stations, but the others were all charging 10 to 15 cents more per gallon!The card reader on the pump that I drove up to was down, so I went inside to pay. I told the guy I just needed five gallons, he said 13 bucks, I paid him, and I was back out to my car.When the pump stopped at 5 gallons and my gas can was full, I looked up and saw that the price had rung up to $13.50. I didn't feel bad about leaving because the price on the pump was higher than the price posted up on the signboard, anyway.I'm definitely going to keep my eye on snappy's from now on!”
