Once I dropped it off and they began working. They were unbelievably great at keeping you informed of where your car was in the process of the repair moving from estimate to repair to paint to pick up. I highly recommend this repair shop.

They we re great was kept up to date on everything going on and what step they were on. Courtney was amazing new what she was talking about and was a great help when I was unsure of next steps. It's great to know you can count on them to be there when you are at a loss of next steps. Thank you Courtney for taking so much time and great care of me and my family you are amazing.

Caliber Collision has fixed my car twice in the past year. Both times it was fixed on time or a couple days before expected. The car always looked newer than before even when the damage was pretty bad, especially on the first repair. 5 stars for sure.
