Kiarra was the most kind, polite, and professional banker we have ever worked with, and I do not say that lightly. Serving us was a little more than a complex handful. Painting the visual, in Kiarra's office, was my wife, myself, our 7-month-old baby in her carrier, and my service dog, so needless to say there was a LOT going on. She was attentive to everything and an absolute pleasure to talk with, making the experience so much more than a bank transaction. What could have been a quick and easy transaction with her subject matter expertise, lasted quite a bit longer (by choice), and this was due to Kiarra's professionalism and top-notch level of customer service. We quickly got to know each other and became friends sharing some of our life experiences with each other. Anytime I need to do PNC banking in the Noth Ridgeville Ohio area, there is not a doubt in my mind that I want to know that Kiarra is taking care of my banking, and my family would recommend her to anyone.
