Unlike other Metro stores in the area this one actually is open when their hours say they will be open, unlike the Maple Heights store. The gentleman running the store was extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

I went to the store looking for inexpensive Bluetooth and he kept showing me $150 pair I explained I had those but needing a pair for my job so we ended up with a pair that was $35 I could have had shipped to me for $10. I try to use them after charging all night and they went dead after 3 hours! So I wanted to exchange them and was told they don’t refund or exchange accessories! I would not ever go there again for nothing cause their whole store is accessories and to pay top dollar for something that may not work as expected is outrageous!

I have been a Metro PCS customer for about 6 years. Had my third experience at this same Metro PCS store. Sam expertly and patiently answered every question. He found my girlfriend the cell phone she now loves. It performs like he told her it would. She has thanked me over and over. Thank you Sam.
