“This is a very interesting store with so many good finds. We would highly recommend taking a trip to this store. My wife and I really love the different kind of things to purchase and also put on our list to buy next time we visit. The customer service was top tier! So nice and friendly and welcoming. “The best Family Dollar of all. It is my neighbor hood store. The manager and staff are very helpful .and friendly, more like my "Family" than staff. Shelves stre always fully stocked and the store is always clean, inside and out. If they don't have what you want, the manager will try to get it from another store. Prices are great and if you download their app, you will get money saving coupons. I Highly recommend this store, you will leave with a smile on your face and an "I'll be back" attitude.”
“I stopped by the dollar tree in Solon and this is one the biggest stores I've been too. They have a lot of decorative items that I haven't seen at other stores. Well stocked and they were still sticking the shelves while I was there. The associates were really helpful too.”

“I think this is one of the better family dollars in the region. I moved into the neighborhood from 3 hours south and Cleveland was entirely new to me but this was a store I frequented during my 8 months up there and never had any problems or issues here. It has everything you could possibly need at such a store and the prices are pretty consistent with other Family Dollars. The wider neighborhood isn’t great. If you’re passing through and not familiar with it then I recommend keep on going until you’re in a better neighborhood but if your from the area or familiar with east Cleveland than this is a fairly decent Family Solar.”

“What a wonderful team !!! So polite and kind .. I bring my autistic grandson in once a month to shop and practice life skills and the staff at this Dollar General are the best I have ever seen. The young man that checked us out was such a compassionate employee and a great asset to Dollar General !”

“I love this location!!! Every time I arrive I am Greeted!? The store is always stocked! It’s alway clean When I’m there. Workers are always clean and presentable. The workers are very helpful. Again I love this location. One Day I came and they were closed before closing time. I hold nothing over them for that!!! I know nothing of what could have happen in their life! So if you need to close earlier DO IT!”
“We are from Canada and last Thanksgiving holiday in Buffalo, we bought a balloon for our four-year-old daughter from Dollar Tree. She loved it very much. However, the balloon flew away on our way back, which made her very sad. Because she couldn't stop thinking about the balloon, we promised her to buy another one next time we come to the US.
These days, we searched every Dollar Tree in Cleveland to find it and finally got the second one. But an hour later, the tape between the balloon and the ribbon came off, and it flew away again! We quickly got to the store and found her the third balloon.
I told the cashier lady that we had just lost the previous one. She kindly brought this charm for my girl and didn't charge us. My daughter was overjoyed, and our whole family was very touched.
I never expected to receive such thoughtful and heartwarming service at such an affordable store. Thank you very much!”

“My favorite Dollar General. Its not always orderly but usually has what I'm looking for. Their selection of greeting cards is fantastic. I visit this store or the other one on Kinsman at least 1-2x a week.”

“This location actually stays open until the time listed as their closing time! How it should be! The employees are very friendly and personable, we had a great conversation. They don’t push people out near closing like most locations employees do. This DG also has a nice produce little section! Most locations DO NOT HAVE THIS. The toy section is also a lot nicer than most stores have! 10/10 would recommend this location to others. ☺️”
“One of the best Family Dollar stores I’ve ever been to. I love shopping at this location and the one on Dunham Road. The Northfield Road location is stocked well, clean and have friendly cashiers and managers. However, I’m giving it 4 stars for their opening hours of operation only. On their website and Google it says they open at 8am. However when I arrived the doors were still locked. The person who was in the store, finally opened at 8:30am. If your hours states 8am on your window, then that is when you are supposed to open.”

“Would have gave them a five but I gave them a 4 because they had me sitting out there until 9: 45A.M. the sign say they open up at 10A.M.even someone else was sitting out there N thier car waiting, I,m thinking they open up at 10 the door was partially open,for the employees,I Asummed, so I decide to pull off & go on home then the person that was waiting in her car next to me got out & went in so I decided to back it up & go in,I ask them what time do they open & they say nine I don't think they should have false advertisement sign saying they open up at 10 & they don't. “Due to the lack of employees in the recent past shelves were not stocked. But it's getting Much better...Here's a tip:::If you don't see what you want on the shelf, ask someone who works there, if they have it out back BC They Probably do. Employees are very nice and easy to talk to. Like I said before The store is looking better and being stocked. I am kind of bias tho' bc I shop there ALL THE TIME. I only gave 4 stars bc of the few empty shelves. Employees are very pleasant and are willing to help in any way.”
“Everyone's always so nice when I come to this family dollar always greeted me anytime I've walked into the store rain sleet snow shine even with a line a people they always made sure any time I've frequented the store which to me is everything 1st impressions is everything & if the folks that work in this store appreciate their jobs & have a go to chain of commands (management) as far as their leadership it starts at the top & works its way down..... “Yes the sore is a mess, but it’s convenient usually have what you need good hours and A mixed you know, we knocked so many places because people being rude and being messy I think about the people that they are having to deal with. The staff are constantly catching people stealing, so they can’t do the important part of the job. they There jobs if they’re doing other things they shouldn’t be doing. They just did get new management so let’s give them a chance y’all”
“I don't particularly like going to any store with Dollar in its name. I just can't take it. This time, I had to go to one, and it was an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this particular store was well stocked and pretty clean. I found what I needed and proceeded to check out.
The line was long with one cashier. This time, it didn't matter due to the fact that I found what I needed”

“This store has a 100% change no silver things in the aisle . you can get straight through. the aisle are clear outside is clean very well spoken employees fresh fruits and vegetables. “I normally don't go this far to a dollar stores but ive noticed that in the inner city of CLEVELAND our stores are much smaller than the heights stores and they have way more $1.25 items than us????? and they are clean and your in and out. Plus the casino is across the street. Jack you better give me some off my money back?? Great store.”
