Employee was more interested in spending time on their phone than helping me find what I needed or answering questions. Selection seemed terrible to me. Will not bother returning when there are so many other companies out there that want my money.

went during business hours a few days ago (3pm). Said was open online. Arrived to find a closed gate that said "Yes we are open, use other door". we found 2 additional entrances. The outside door and another door on the inside of the mall, both closed and locked. Called the store, no answer. I have no issue with a store being closed during normal business hours, atleast take your sign down saying that you're open if you're closed.

Just called to try and see if they could look up a purchase for me so that I could return a jacket I no longer needed. The lady I spoke to was nice, but she didn't ask for my information so that SHE could call me back tomorrow. Told me I needed to call back. Corporate needs to give these employees and stores a better computer system.

While it may seem a little pricey you get a great quality product that you know is going to last. My son found a pair of shoes he needed a really good pair of non slip & found them here. He's very happy with his purchase. Store is clean, well organized & was not busy. Staff is friendly & helpful.

It took a week for my order to be packaged and shipped, but once it was shipped I received it quickly and I’m in love with the product. disappointed with shipping and receiving but really happy with the quality.

I'm changing my review because they finally restocked their black soft sole work shoes. I like my new Sketchers as I work in a office and my feet no longer hurt. I feel I made a good choice and I am grateful you restocked the size I needed (men's 9). There was only one left and I got it so you may need to reorder some more. This is a great store and I'm glad you are open and providing a good, yet valuable service to the public. I WILL be back for more good quality stuff that you carry. Also, it was tax free day so I lucked out. Thank you so much...You guys carry good durable stuff, that's why you need to keep the products stocked for everyone that needs them
