Dealership & especially service advisor, Rick, were great. However. AC problem was not repaired due to lack of parts (AC lines) which may take up to 8 weeks to deliver with no ETA available yet. Quite unacceptable from Toyota on a 2021 Highlander.

Took my 2023 Highlander in for its one year service and check up. I was greeted by a service advisor. He listened to my requests (oil change/tire rotation/warranty issues) asked if I would wait for my car, I had a ride, left my car with him. I was called about two hours later, was explained about work done and told my car was ready. I returned, my service advisor recognized me, came to me, had me sign the paperwork, called for a rep to bring my car up, which was done promptly. My car was cleaner than when I brought it in, I visually inspected my wheels (no scratches) my car sides (no dents) I always want my vehicle returned in the condition I dropped it off in. I am a satisfied customer.

I asked Adriana for a couple extra things - like helping me with the Maps on my car because it asked for the Navigator App on Toyota. She connected me with Sarah who showed me just what to do. Thanks so much - I used my Map today - very helpful. Maintenance is great.

Had my first check-up service appointment at Westside Toyota today. Everything from ease of setting up the appointment to the actual car service and communication/assistance from Selena in the service department was great! I had been waiting on my second fob due to the shortage. Even received a follow-up call from Renee letting me know the fob was available so they could get the fob to me during my 5,000 mile check-up appointment. Westside Toyota takes good care of their customers.
