I really like and appreciate Weber Automotive. They did a great job working on my car. Mary, the really nice lady in the office there went above and beyond caring. Her, and her assistant were very nice and knowledgeable. I plan to be a return customer for sure. Mary, even paid for wiper blades for my car which was a major help for me as a struggling military veteran. Even if she had not done that, I would still bring my car back. They were very kind and do great work and that is enough in itself. They treated my wife and I as though we were their most important customers. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone. They are the best.

Easy drop off, great communication, and excellent service! I have a Range Rover which is very challenging to work on and most places denied me, but Weber got it done!

I’ve always had a good experience. This time,however, I had an oil change scheduled at 10am.,I was waiting, and I had to leave by 11:30am for another appointment. At 11:10, it hadn’t been started. I rescheduled for this coming Friday. They knew I had to leave by 11:30am. I will come back, however…

Wow, my car runs like a dream now, no more creaking sounds when turning my steering wheel, and even the rattles when going over bumps have all disappeared, the Weber team also resolved other issues plaguing my vehicle, making it more safe to drive, I was very impressed by their customer service, such as setting up a loaner car, giving me progress reports via phone, texts or email, I was also given very detailed explanations as well as videos of what was going on with my car mechanically. I was always treated with respect, and I thank you all for going that extra mile.

Outstanding service throughout the whole process. We were in a pinch with our vehicle and Logan, Mary, and both Tony's went over and beyond to put our anxiety at ease. I loved the detailed report they sent regarding our Ford Escape's transmission. The report had photos and video! It also showed our areas to consider down the line. They are upfront and will bend over backwards to assist. Tony even helped with securing our car to an auto transport in another parking lot, down the road. Go here for your car's needs and don't gamble on anyone else off a random Google search. You won't regret it!!
