Still the best big box store in my area. I prefer going to them because they are American Home. And the new generation of Walmart managers and management seems to be doing a better job of taking care of their employees. Especially when compared to Amazon and the way they treat their people. That the low prices, the availability of almost anything the selection keep me coming back.

Store policy of only buying 2 gift cards wasn't appreciated. People do have valid reasons for wanting more at a time, like: Unexpected relatives visit or further education of a relative or reaching budgetary goal to purchase the items/quantity desired.

Went early in morning to find a dog cage. Looks to be the good time to shop . Low crowd and quiet . Around 8am . Found what I needed. It's my go to Walmart because brook park is packed and environment is not as good as great Northern.

If there was a chance to give zero stars, I would. Very rude and unprofessional! Employees have very poor customer service skills & despicable behavior. Will NEVER shop at this Walmart location again! Shape up Walmart in North Olmsted! Your ability to provide good customer service is pathetic!

Every time I come in this Walmart (North Olmsted) to be exact. I check out at self checkout because I’m just grabbing a few things. EVERY TIME I am near Janice she is an older white woman and she stands in the self check out area she flags me every time. I am a black woman. Today 6/30/2024 I was scamming my items minding my business. And I scanned a bottle of sauce (ding ding) this old woman flags me on her handheld machine for a missed scan. Now, when I scanned the sauce I’m not sure if the item didn’t provide a price or she just scanned it as missed scan. So here she comes like EVERY other time and I tell her that I THINK the bottles price didn’t read and I had the sauce in MY HAND IT WAS NOT IN THE BAG. So she begins rummaging through my bag as if I’m stealing when I clearly told her what was going on. AGAIN if that was even what’s going on because this old bat flags me every time she’s at self check out near me. Like, how dare you think you can start going through my bag and acting as if I was doing something wrong?? She’s done it on multiple occasions and probably does it to other black and brown customers. I started to call management but I didn’t have time for that. But this better be rectified because I promise you the next time I come in this store and this happens again I WILL CALL CORPORATE and make it a BIG THING! I am a customer who spends money at this store and how dare you treat me with anything but respect! I can’t stand this store anyway Parma is WAY better but I’m forced to go to this disgusting store because it is closest. Disgusting woman.
