The worst customer service I have ever received, 2 employees leaning on a counter, offered absolutely no help to process my order that was pending- told me they couldn’t get me a phone and canceling it would take 24-48 hrs and they still couldn’t help. I Went to the Middleburg Verizon store and was able to get a phone on the spot and the employee was more than helpful in canceling my order and upgrading my line in store.

terrible service. 20 year verizon customer and will leave. brand new phone, 2 weeks old, no voice mail since beginning. was told its a phone issue but they will only send me a refurbished phone. additionally i paid $30.00 for phone set-up when new, now they want $30.00 everytime i walk into store. was basically told by a representative to return the phones since we are in the 30 day window to cancel since they will not replace my non-functioning phone with a new phone. also, they will not give you a name of a manager to call to try and resolve issues. can't believe verizon has become such a terrible company. sorry i had to even give one star!!!

I went to buy a new iPhone and the service was horrible and also had one of the employees yelling and cursing at me because she said I had an attitude which was false and she wasn't the one helping me find a phone it was another employee will never go back

So I would never recommend this store to anyone. I went into the store after my phone was hacked. They said there was nothing they could do and that I had to give my personal information out for this to happen. I was hacked thru a crypto service and everything in my phone was compromised. This is horrible for someone who is experiencing identity theft that the supposed number one company that cares about their customers would not help and basically said we are stupid!

Tom the Solutions Specialist is probably one of the rudest people i've ever encountered at a Verizon store and i wasn't even buying a phone, my mother was. I was trying to persuade my mom to get a Iphone because her phone was already broken so why not. I had never had someone come at me so fast asking me questions that shouldn't of even mattered or any of his business. I have never felt attacked more in my life then this man coming at me for everything I said when I wasn't even talking to him at any point of the time that I was in the store. I don't know if he was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me but I just never had someone come at me so hard for voicing MY OPINION about a phone that wasn't directed towards him at all.

they sold me a broken phone and wont stand behind there merchandise. but they have no problem charging me $1200.00 for the phone

This was a tough decision on how many stars to provide. I give the customer service 3 stars once they finally get to you to assist in anything you need. However, the process and time you will spend there is 1 Star. We have been at this location 4 times in the last two years. Each time we are there 2-4 hours. We go during the week days when they are less busy, but even when there are only one or two customers before us, it is still a minimum of an hour wait. We have bought two new phones, traded in another phone and had them help us with a new glass cover on the 4 occasions. They are slow, not organized in any way, and I'm not sure why we keep going back except that we have been Verizon customers for years and this is our easiest access location. Just know going in that you will need to not be in a hurry and you will waste your entire day there.

I have been a subscriber for six years but no more. No coverage in the center of town around the mall. They then boot you out of your prepaid plan and try to sucker you into something more than double what you are presently paying.. The people at the Verizon store are ignorant of their product, services and some are very rude. One rep with an attitude, even asked me why I didn't go elsewhere. Not a very proffesional individual. The store is set up like an old bakery. You register and are assigned a number in their system when you walk in, stand around a while till one of the reps is done doing some hand holding, then they help you (if you call it that). Their phones are so overpriced even for basic ones. I cannot recommend Verizon and suggest doing your own due dilligence before signing on the dotted line.

I came here to change my phone number! It was alittle difficult because it was free to change it online in the app the employee wasn't really walking me through and helping me so I asked for the manager and it was well from there! Thank you! I'll be back maybe for a new phone in a few months ! Hehe !

Doesn't get much better than this! Ample parking, friendly associates, efficient service. What more can you ask for? My car charger stopped working so I needed a replacement ASAP. Verizon provides a 1 year warrant on all of their accessories so it's always worth checking to see if you can exchange your defective product for a new one. I was greeted immediately upon walking in the store and advised that there would be a brief wait since a few other guests were in front of me. There was plenty of seating and I ended up waiting less than 5 minutes (on a Saturday afternoon) to get serviced. The gentleman made sure to rule out any issues with my phone (that might cause the charger not to work correctly) and then promptly replaced it with a few clicks on his iPad. Simple and to the point! Definitely won't hesitate to venture back here the next time I need some assistance.

This location of Verizon needs to get it together. Normally upon entering a Verizon store, you are greeted, checked-in, and informed of the wait time. On a recent weekday after the holidays, this store was packed. No one greeted me at the door, and I had to go over to interrupt an associate while they were helping someone else to find out what the deal was. They were able to help me while also helping the other customer because I was only buying a new screen protector. Another customer said she had been waiting for over an hour. The service was not what I expect when I go into a Verizon.

This place was super efficient! I went in to get a new phone and was out within a half hour. Ask for Tommy!! He was an outstanding sales associate.

Well... First of all what had happened was all my peoples be done got a phone fo free. I got to thinkin hell I want one. These buster punk dudes runs my credit then wanna talk about about having a co signer. Dude was finna get dealt wit had I co signed that **s whooping myl lil homie bouta bring. Anyway long story short these old b**** made **s fool **s n***** aint want none. Straight up my homie got the free Obama phones all day. I would smack some skins that thot that was working in there.
