“I just recently went here and I really like the large selection of clothes. The clothes are not sorted by size but by color, which I like because I usually only wear certain colors. Also, I have found some designer items here that I usually don't run into at the other thrift stores.”

“The clothes are a bit on the elderly side. The store is clean and well cared for but the ladies at the desk always seem to be short and have attitudes. Even when I was checking out I felt like I was a bother huffing her breath every few seconds. I would love to see more clothing for the 25-50 range, less jewelry and more in clothing options.”

“Plato's closet in North Olmsted is top of the line. You get more bang for your buck and the staff here is amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful and I give this place "5" out of "5" stars. I look forward to going back here again hopefully sooner rather than later....... If by chance, the actual owner reads this, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD, THAT THERE WAS A COUPLE OF WONDERFUL YOUNG LADIES WORKING IN THERE THE OTHER DAY AND THOSE YOUNG LADIES HAD GREAT WORK ETHIC AND EMPATHY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. EMPATHY CAN'T BE TAUGHT YET THEY BOTH ACQUIRED THIS. I KNOW BECAUSE I FELT IT, ?... SO, HOW ABOUT BUYING THEM A LITTLE LUNCH OR TREATING THEM TO A FREAKING HAPPY MEAL,.... LOL, SUPER SIZE IT! LAST BUT NOT LEAST, ALLOW ME TO RECOMMEND A RAISE FOR ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WHETHER THEY WORK FOR YOU FULL OR PART TIME IS SIMPLY IRRELEVANT. GOOD HONEST WORK IS VERY HARD TO COME BY, HINT, HINT.......”
