We went to purchase a new dog food our vet recommended and when the total was over $200 we realized they scanned it three times. 30 minutes and 3 people later we got the issue corrected and had to start over. They gave us a $15 gift card for the inconvenience which was nice....except when I went to use it today I found out it was never activated.

The older women at the register was so rude for no reason at all. I just moved to town and was about to be purchasing a bunch of stuff for the house, I would never give them my business again.

I went to buy firewood and kindling for my fireplace because their online platform showed "in-stock." Unfortunately, the staff was extremely unhelpful. Kept pointing out I was shopping for items "out of season" and it was inconveniently stocked elsewhere. Well, that's not my fault. I don't stock items in your store. Don't take out you being inconvenienced on me as the customer. I make fires in my fireplace on cool summer evenings, didn't know that was a crime in Ohio.

Amazing place with a wide variety of items and I have not once experienced something being out of stock. Awesome staff that went above and beyond to help me put a very heavy item in my car. The worker offered I didn't even have to ask. Great place and great staff. Thank you Tractor Supply in North Olmsted

Go their to buy a lawn tractor their ask the guy behind the counter if they have it in stock and needs built could pick up tomorrow. so I go to transfer some cash to make the purchase maybe 5 min and then after I tell him I want one he says their holding it for someone. why couldn't he tell me that in the first place big wast of time

Love this store! They have everything from farm to backyard - gardening tools to patio plants, pet food to toys and leashes, plumbing equipment to landscaping supplies, fencing needs to doghouses. The prices are low to average. Staff is helpful and friendly. I hope this place thrives and never moves away!

I love this place! So many useful items from farming to backyard gardening - garden tools to patio plants, pet food to pet toys, plumbing equipment to car maintenance, fencing supplies to landscaling - they have so much in this store. Pricing is good, comparable to HD or L's. Staff is friendly and helpful - like talking to a neighbor. I hope they thrive and never move away!
