They neglected to explain that if you didn’t come to cash out a CD it automatically rolls into a new one after seven days. And then if you still want to cash out; you get a huge penalty. While it may have been noted in the many pages of documents given; I feel like this should have been Explained verbally as a courtesy.

This bank has such great employees. I had some issues with my father’s account and each time I called everyone went above and beyond to help me. Michael, the manager, is AMAZING! He truly saved the day for me with my deceased father’s account and it meant the world to me! Highly recommend this bank.
