I could not use my giftcard due to the store associate scratching the access code off? I was referred to an 800 number to call so I could have my gift card reissued in 3 to 5 business days? It does not make sense that the store itself could not correct this problem right there so I could use my giftcard for the purchases?

VERY unkempt store. Clothing was strewn all over the floors and trash was sitting on shelves everywhere. I was shopping at opening hours, so the store is not being cleaned at the end of the day.

I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT TARGET IF THEY CONTINUE TO LOWER LIGHTING AND TURN DOWN THE A/C IN ORDER TO CONSERVE ENERGY. MAYBE BY HAVING BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE A BETTER ANSWER.

I mean I feel like it's your typical Suburban Target I don't think there's much more you could say about it it's not bad it's not great it's just a Target in the suburbs

We had Lynn help us at the register she was super friendly and very kind! It was late on a Friday and she was happy to be there and had a great attitude! Will definitely be coming back to this target! She also took the time to help me with how to apply the new oil I was buying! Great person! And all around amazing employee, target you are lucky to have her representing your company!

Target and all stores need to get rid of self check out- I believe in Job security - Employee checking s out was very helpful and nice.

Don't expect much in the store to be filled. Just spreading out the same stuff. The customer service is missing as with all stores in North Olmsted.

Today 3/17/24 at 10:45 am had to run in and buy my niece something for her birthday. As I was checking out the cashier was so pleasant and we talked about life for 10-15 minutes after she had rang me out. I didn’t catch her name all I know is she said she had worked there for 7 years. I told her ever time I stop in I’ll look for her to ring me out. You need more people like her. She definitely made my day brighter.

This location is awesome. The aisles are organized. The staff is extremely friendly. I didn't have any problems finding what I needed. I was able to be in and out in a reasonable time. Without wasting my time. I appreciate that part.

This is a nice Target. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked in here to get a Gillette razor and easily found it in the cosmetics aisle, which is located near the entrance. I also got some frozen chocolate covered raspberries from the frozen goods section of the store, located next to the cosmetics aisle. This store is clean and spacious. I gave this Target five stars because it’s well organized and laid out. Even though this isn’t my local Target I easily found everything I needed in a time efficient manner.
