I was able to work with Hanna Sell. She was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I was looking at. Didn’t push hard to make the sale. She just let the cars and her knowledge speak for itself. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new car especially a Toyota.

Very fair and reasonable. This was our first Toyota purchase and it went really well. All the people we interacted with were personable and not pushy at all. The facility was well kept and they had a great selection. Most of all , they took time to work with us and show us the vehicle. Also, they have this great warrantee that comes with the vehicles they sell. Owain worked with us and was very professional!

Came for service on my toyota car that has a couple thousand miles, so the car is in pristine condition. All they were doing was fixing a flat( emergency). Waited hours.. after I found out they wanted to do an inspection on my car. (Most likely to find "things" they think needs fixing or changing, to charge more. Waited hours for things I didn't need or request to be done. My car was absolutely filthy when they finished with it. Stain marks on the interior ceiling of the car, dirty seats. Just don't go here. I know I'll never be back here.

Have driven Honda Accords for 34 years but decided to go with Toyota for a new 2025 Camry hybrid. The entire team--Sales and Finance--worked seamlessly to get me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I especially want to commend Product Specialist Braden Herold. Though very new to the dealership and his career in car sales, he displayed excellent knowledge of the vehicle in which I was interested and patience in answering my many questions about all the new technology. I also want to commend Braden's team leader, Ron Swetland, and Business Manager Jason Stamatis for their professionalism and courtesy.

I dropped my vehicle off and was called to go over the multi point inspection I declined the repairs for other things not what I had my vehicle in for and was told that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the dealer I was told the alignment hadn’t been completed yet. They said it would be 10min to complete the front wheel alignment. They came out and told me the machine was not recognizing my tundra and that they tried both machines. I left and took my vehicle to NTB and they said that likely they realized it wasn’t going to be a quick job and sent me away since they called me prematurely. NTB also couldn’t do the job due to the tie rods being too seized up. But at least they were honest.
