As most of you know, new teenage drivers can be very frustrating, especially when they crash your vehicle. Luckily, Stemmers Collision Center was able to get my car in right away and all repairs were made before my rental coverage expired. i just needed to have the hood of my car repainted and they did a great job! the color matches and it's shiny and clean. only took a few days. it was also a great price compared to a few other places i got estimates from. i will definitely be back if i need anything else painted!

I called several shops within the area and was given the run around. I came across this location on Google and boy am I glad that I did!
Attention to detail and customer service is what this shop is built on. Mike was very friendly, helpful and made me feel like I was in good hands.
Highly recommend this body shop!

Needed my hood and deck lid painted on my 1986 Olds, my detailer did not have his best day when doing my car. To the extent that it needed repainting to correct his mistakes. A friend recommended Stemmers and I'm so glad he did. What a beautiful job they did on the hood and deck lid, especially matching up the paint color. I took my 2009 Nissan Ultima to Stemmer’s and had both the trunk and hood repainted as it was severely oxidized. I was extremely pleased with the work done by Stemmer’s - the paint is a perfect match and they did an excellent job! Thanks again to Mike the owner and his team for taking care of my car! Strongest possible recommendation for fairly priced, high quality body service. I will never be able to say enough good things about Mike and Stemmers. He does amazing work quickly and efficiently, at a more than fair price. It's hard to find a business as honest and caring as this. I HIGHLY recommend Stemmers. After multiple estimates this was the fairest price I could find. On top of that my car was finished much earlier than expected and came out looking like a brand new car. What caught my attention is the fact you will see high end vehicles in there parking lot on a regular basis Bentley’s Aston Martin’s and even a Ferrari when I arrived for a estimate. They do impeccably good work! Very pleased with my service!!Service: Body & Trim

Unprofessional. I called, but was directed to voicemail even though I called during open business hours. I left a VM with my contact info & requesting an appt for body repair estimate. Never received a call back. Over the course of the next week, I called over 15 more times with no answer (only because this shop was recommended to me). On my last attempt (and expecting no answer as usual), a woman FINALLY answered. I explained why I was calling & she checked with someone and confirmed that I could come in for an estimate the next day so she took my info & we set a time for 9:30am the following day. The next morning, I arrived a little early, 9am when they normally open, and found a sign on the door stating "No estimates today," door locked & nobody answered the phone AGAIN. I took off work to go here to get the estimate, live 25 minutes away & in the opposite direction of my work. Completely inconsiderate, a waste of my time & UNPROFESSIONAL. I immediately decided to not bother with this place anymore. Why would I ever want to leave my vehicle in the possession of a place that usually doesn't answer the phone, skipped my appt without notifying me, & locked building, Completely unprofessional!EDIT:WOW! Very prompt response to an unfavorable review....your customer service should be so stellar. Let me clarify for others....other bodyshops are not 1-2 months out for estimates. I had already received 2 before anyone answered your phone all week. My appt. was set for 9:30 because the person who took my call ASKED ME what time I could be there; I just happened to get there a little earlier than expected but still during the times you're supposed to be open, called from parking lot and nobody answered & there was a sign on your LOCKED DOOR stating "NO ESTIMATES TODAY." So, let me get this straight....I'm still supposed to wait until 9:30am for NOTHING?!?!
