The manager named Des helped us to obtain a loveseat and she did a phenomenal job co-ordinating the purchase and making sure that the delivery was well handled and we were very pleased with our purchase.

Well, I have had nothing but a horrible experience here completely wasted over $1000 in furniture I bought. Late they replace one piece. And then when I went to move I realized the other piece was broken. I paid for the warranty the manager there insisted covered everything. My claim was denied and I called and I spoke to a manager, and he said that he would replace it and apologize. I explained that it was really hard for me to get in there because I’m a single mom working two jobs I finally get a chance to go in there now he has no idea who doesn’t remember me and says to just submit my claim again. Mind you the couch is in pieces so me and my kids have been using a broken futon for a year trying to work this out. I spoke to the Director today And all he can do for me is tell me to submit my claim again.

Purchased a microwave online, I live in Mentor, went to get it and they said they didn't have it. They charged my card right away, but now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get the money back. Plus the hour drive and gas. Will not be doing business with them again

Moderately sized selection but the prices are great. We were looking for some new appliances for our downstairs unit of the duplex we own and I ended up finding a washer and couch I wanted for a really good price.

My go to place for appliances. We got a $4k fridge for only $1 due to a large sticker mark across the front of it that wiped off with rubbing alcohol.

Being a new customer I have been through so much inconvenience. Charged a heavy delivery charge was not informed that I needed to take the old mattress off the bed which is also a new mattress just replaced within 2wks but the delivery guy called me. I asked him to slide the current mattress in hallway to put new on. They just threw the new mattress in my room packaged and left as is and left. I called the store and the guy said I think our guys are in a rush. I said well that doesn't justify just leaving a king bed in my walk way. I asked for them to be sent back to complete service. I was placed on hold then said I can't send them back we don't take mattress off bed and put new on. Well if I was informed I would have made sure it was off but that wasn't told to me. I think a company should make things right. He said I can't do nothing I can read the delivery policy to you. SMH. Customer service these days has gone out the window. Makes me very unsure if I needed service it will not be smooth or if I can trust them to do what is suppose to be done. If you can look for another company that will take care of their customers from the order to the delivery.3/5/2024Called Scott has directed however Scott informed me that there's nothing he can do but read me the delivery policy. After being delivered the wrong mattress I was informed he wasn't able to add 1 mkre route to his team or he won't have a delivery team therefore now I have to continue sleeping on a bed that is very uncomfortable and I wake up to a stiff back. So don't make it right and inconvenience your delivery guys just inconvenience your customer. Perfect. This leaves me speechless how customer service is handled now and days. I guess what's wrong is right and what's right is wrong as long as you get paid who cares .. just reaware double check everything and if there's a problem don't count on being taken care of immediately.

They were amazing in helping with my kids grandmother's chair. It was just not the right recliner for her It leaned to far forward and she would fall out. I went and found a better recliner that didn't lean forward and the material was better and she doesn't slide off of it. And Jaylon and Scott have been amazing and today Scott got us taken care of today and he was absolutely amazing. And this chair is so much better for her.
