The staff is terribly rude for no reason. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they sometimes have what I need.

The only reason I didn’t give this 1 star was because there is a very kind pharmacist and pharmacy tech that work there and know how to do their job well. The other older pharmacy tech is extremely rude and from the start of the phone call was condescending. I called simply to refill a prescription and the entire time she claimed she couldn’t help me, kept cutting me off, and accused me about lying about needing my medication—keep in mind this prescription was just for birth control. It is unacceptable that this person is allowed to work in a pharmacy or even at rite aid. I’ve been a consistent customer but this has made me reconsider.

I I could leave 0 stars I would. I spend money here every week up til today. When a ale man got in my face demanding I step back 6 feet mind you I've been standing in the same spot in check out for over 5 minutes the cashier did nothing but laugh. I will find another store to spend hundreds of dollars every week. Y'all lost a loyal customer.

Just a heads up: if you walk in for a covid-19 vaccine, then you’ll be waiting for over an hour. They don’t warn you. Don’t waste your time here. Go to CVS because they are much quicker.

I got a covid test done 2 weeks ago and still never received my results. I've called and emailed them and still nothing. Worst place to get a test done.

Typically a drug store. But they do Cary alot of convince stuff for home. They do have delivery if you sue door dash. Never really crowded. So if your looking to have space and privacy thus would be it.

I love this Rite Aid location. Associates are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well.
