My brother was treated poorly by a teller that didn’t wanna state her name and the manager tried to justify her attitude. No bueno.

Not my usual branch, but I came here to close a business account, and everything seemed to be fine. I left with the small remaining balance as normal. I find out a few weeks later - oops, guess they never closed it and now I have fees since obviously there's $0 in there. Had to call the help desk and someone actually closed my account, but noted - now there's fees on my acct.. That they charged.. Because it wasn't closed when they said it would be.. Make it make sense. Would never use this bank again.

Awful company. Pick a bank that doesn’t lie to you. They charged back my rent to my landlord for no reason at all resulting in a ton of late fees amongst some chargeback fee.

Worst bank experience ever. Stood in line for over an hour with a dozen other people. They have 1 teller and 4 suit's sitting at desks doing nothing. Not to mention the Walmart greeter that serves no actual purpose. It is obvious standing here that the bulk of your business is done at the teller counter but yet you over staff the banker offices and understaff the counter. It proves that you don't care about the working man and only care about serving big business.

Twice now have I been into this bank and had a problem with a teller with short blonde hair and then again with an older woman side of the bank just the other day. I feel as if they both treated me unfair and we’re very rude to me. The one teller was asking many questions that were none of her concern, I feel as if she thought I was suspicious which is crazy because I’ve banked with them for over 11 years and never once had any issues ever!! I will be escalating these issues. This is the 3rd time this year I’ve felt racially profiled in this branch. I feel I was treated differently because of my tan skin and tattoos. Sad people still treat others that way in 2021

Belinda is my favorite followed closely by the guy the cleans the parking lot. Tiffany is alright too I guess. This is my favorite bank.
