I had purchased a used laptop, and it immediately began having problems, so I took it here. As it turns out, my problems were not small! I'd been sold a true lemon. The PC Repair team went above and beyond trying to diagnose and repair, and when they couldn't find a good fix, they ended up doing a complete refurbish for me--they built me an entirely new computer, using as many of my lemon computer's parts that were still good as they could, and the most amazing part? They didn't charge a dime more! I can't thank them enough. The computer they returned to me is superior to the one I'd brought in, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Thanks, guys, for all the hours of time you spent! And for your fairness and integrity in pricing!

Brought my pc to have the cpu changed. Once I brought it there it would blue screen every other day. He made the pc go from being ok to horrible.

During my trip to New Zealand I was downloading DJI Video and my Samsung Galaxy S10+ went blank. I was unable to get the screen to display again. Verizon told me a new S23 would cost me(when you work out the math over 3 years), $1889.64 with half the memory but a newer better camera. On Tuesday(11/28/2023) I contacted PC Repair on Wheels in North Olmsted and received a $285 estimate to replace the curved display. By Wednesday noon Mr M had it fixed. He called and indicated that it also needed a new battery since the existing one was bulging. I authorized the battery replacement. The total repair was $329.40. My phone was repaired in less than 24 hours with no loss of data, no pain from having to re-install applications, and a savings of $1560.24 Verizon would have charged me for the new S23 phone. I am extremely pleased that PC On Wheels was able to repair my phone saving me time and money. They appear to be a small business that provide outstanding service. My experience was outstanding. I recommend them highly !

Recently I need my screen in my gaming laptop replaced Matt and Mike worked hard to get it ordered and put it in my laptop last week. It's working just like i just bought a new laptop. My older gaming laptop had a error and wouldn't boot into windows. I took it in and Matt said it the hard river blew so we went ahead and ordered a new one and the laptop works even better then I first bought it. No complains from me, Mike and Matt are an awesome team.

Mike is the most honest repair technician I have ever met. After apple store said wife's 6s was unrepairable, Mike had it running like new in 30 minutes for well less than $100... You will not be disappointed!

I felt these people were very unprofessional I took my phone in for a screen replacement and they did Avery poor job the repairman broke new screen replacement, reinstalled my Sim card incorrect, my phone would not work when I told the repairman about it he tried to tell me there never was a Sim card in my phone I told him I Google directions to his place of business I would not have been able to do that if my phone wasn't working properly prior to him working on the screen replacement I wound up having to replace my phone afterwards due to it not working after they worked on it very unprofessional service I would never recommend them to anyone ,friend or foe

Pricing was very fair, and they were happy to do the repairs, and minor upgrades I requested as well. Will definitely come back in the future if necessary.

I paid almost $200 in advance for a replacement keyboard. I had to wait 4+ weeks without them even calling me back to keep me posted on what was happening. They never called to update me and it took almost 2 months for them to finally say they can't fix my keyboard. I asked for a refund and they said they will "do it tomorrow" last week. They did not do it, so i had to call again and follow up today and they finally refunded me. I will not be going back, unfortunately, due to a bad experience.

They did a great job fixing the screen on my iPhone. They got me in last minute and fixed my phone quickly. I recommend and would use again in the future
