If I could give them a zero star rating I would! They are totally unprofessional and super shady. Their website says they close at 5 pm. We called them at 430 to pick up the car, and they said sorry already closed. Then they charged us almost $400 for the two nights (had to be two nights since they wouldn't release it the first night because they "closed" already. On top of that they damaged the hood of the car to the point of the paint chipping off. And when I got there to deal with the guy, he had his Metal clipboard sitting on my hood like he owed the damn car. I was baffled how anyone would think setting anything on someone else's car is ok, let alone a Metal clipboard. Also as everyone else said the people you speak to on the phone are rude and unhelpful.

They are not honest. They towed my car for under 3 miles, and they charged me $554.04.
This is total absurd. Do NOT trust these people. Keep your money.

Very helpful and super friendly staff. Respectful of property. I would definitely use them again.

Delay arriving since they were clearing a large accident scene, but total professionals (Dispatcher, and Dave) and reasonable pricing, consistent with what they quoted via phone. I hope I never need their services again, but wouldn’t hesitate to call them if the need arises

Used my AAA for a tow to the scrap yard.. I was not aware AAA would not cover that okay cool since the guy was already there I was going to go ahead and get him to tow it he was going to charge me $125 and that was fine.. he then proceeded to tell me I had to pay him cash up front that I couldn't pay him out of the money we got when we went to the scrap yard... Which is very unusual I called anytime towing and allegiance towing and they both said they would take the money out when they got there the scrap yard would directly pay them... And I would get the remainder...
Well the tow truck driver told me they don't do that anymore and so many rules have changed blah blah blah and they have to do everything legally... Okay of course but I don't see how that's illegal every other tow company I've ever used has done that..... Except these guys..... Then after he wouldn't do it he took pictures and videos of my vehicle sitting in the yard which I found to be a little strange.... But even that didn't bother me..... what did bother me is the fact he acted like he just didn't want to tow the vehicle at all!! Everything I tried to arrange to get him to tow it he found an excuse not to do it.. Very Very unprofessional and if I ever use my AAA again I will request a different company.

North ridgeville police department and Patton towing have a contract together. My car was impounded for one day and the cost to get it out was $457.67
When you go pick up your car make sure you call in advance 60 minutes because nobody is around the house and make sure you have the correct amount of change. Cash only probably because they don't report it for tax reasons.

IF YOUR CAR IS IMPOUNDED HERE, READ THIS FIRST:- they will *ONLY* accept payment **IN CASH** (no credit cards, no Venmo, not even checks! In 2024!)- they will *ONLY* accept EXACT CHANGE- they *REQUIRE* you to present the DRIVER'S LICENSE OF THE PERSON WHO DRIVES YOU TO THE LOT (no idea what they do if you bike there or something)They charge you more for each day your car is there. A cynical observer might suspect the business has maximized the number of hoops one must jump through so that they can charge the unprepared more. Call ahead to find out what you owe. Have the cash ready. And try to be nice to the lady at the window -- I doubt any of this is her doing. Good luck!

Pretty sure this company is a scam looking into proceeding with civil suits against this company for over charging if you or someone you know has been ripped off by pattons, feel free to reach out to your local authorities. However north Olmsted PD must get a kick back for taking cars here. In the process of proceeding with litigation as this company is in violation of (i) Not more than ninety dollars for the removal of the motor vehicle. However, if the motor vehicle has a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating in excess of ten thousand pounds and is a truck, bus, or a combination of a commercial tractor and trailer or semitrailer, not more than one hundred fifty dollars for the removal. (ii) Not more than twelve dollars per twenty-four-hour period for the storage of the motor vehicle. However, if the motor vehicle has a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating in excess of ten thousand pounds and is a truck, bus, or a combination of a commercial tractor and trailer or semitrailer, not more than twenty dollars per twenty-four-hour period for storage. If you were over charged by pattons towing please file a complaint as we're in attempts to get their towing license suspended for violating the Ohio cap regulations listed above. Cost over 500 for my drivable car to be towed after an accident. One minute away and it cost 500 to get out. To make matters worse this company tried to tell us that the frame was bent and just sell it to them for scrap. The frame was not bent they were giving false info trying to extort money from people. If the Public Utility Commission (PUCO) is unable to resolve your dispute informally, or you are unsatisfied with the resolution, email Bradley Long at
[email protected] or call him at the PUCO at (800) 686-7826 #2, or at 614-466-0437. His staff will take a message and Mr. Long will call you

This place of business does not know customer service if it would hit them in the face. I got my mom's SUV impounded the previous night, and got instructions on what was needed to get it out of the impound lot, so I made sure that was taken care of. According to their listing on Google, and other browsers, it tells us that their hours are 9am-8pm Monday-Friday. My mom and I walked into their facility at 5p on the dot and the man behind the window immediately said that they were closed and their computers were shut down and they couldn't do anything for us.I mean are you kidding me? Like now their hours don't match their information online, and my mom and I just wasted not only 1 Lyft ride, but 3 in total because we had to go back home after being told "No, were closed and can't help you two.", but the following day had to pay for another ride up there making it 3 in total and about $60. To top it all off, my truck was in the impound for just over 2 days and the bill was over $300!!! Talk about inflation. I would have thought the people working there could have worked with us, and maybe deducted our wasted Lyft rides back and forth from our bill, or some other type of compensation but nope, nothing whatsoever.
