The other managers and staff at this location are always super professional and seem to be trained to be top tier Sherwin employees better than I've seen in years at other locations. “I had a screw that was stuck in a part of a bed frame I was assembling. I took it to Ace and Dan was very helpful in getting products that might help get it out. Even though they didn’t work, I took the part to the store the next day and Dan happily got the screw out of the part for me. That saved me from such a rut! I was very impressed with his customer service, as well as the other staff in the store. I will definitely be returning if and when I need to, and will spread the word about how great this location is!”

I brought in my EGO electric power mower for repair, and Ray and Kevin were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the get-go. They wasted no time in assessing the issue and explaining what needed to be done.
