Walter and everyone at Dream On Me has made for an absolute great experience. The staff at Mattresses R' Us has exceptional attitudes and excellent at service from delivery to answering my follow up questions. Positively pleased with my new Carson Classic 3 In 1 Crib. Even when I experienced a minor issue during the installation of my daughter's crib I was met with helpful customer service and even through the trials of motherhood I had my anxiety reduced greatly by the experienced staff and owners of Mattresses R Us and DOM. I am a single mother and had no trouble installing the crib myself and was satisfied with the overall appearance and quality of materials. I recommend this product for anyone looking to get a safe and secure bedding for their newborn child as it will adapt through their development into a toddler. I believe the bed rail is sold separately. My child is definitely dreaming in this splendid simple crib.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Frank on the purchase of a new king size bed. Frank was very knowledgeable when it came to what we were looking for. I would recommend mattress showcase in North Olmsted to everyone looking for quality mattress and excellent customer service. Good job guys !!

Jake and Omar were fantastic! They worked together very well and we'r therefore in and out in minutes. I have a tough 90 degree turn on my steps but I was really pleased with their efficiency as they were safe and cautious. I love my new adjustable frame and mattress and enjoyed everything from picking out my items with Joe to resting peacefully in my new throne!!!

Dave and Matt were incredibly helpful! Dave and Matt did everything they could to make sure we got the best price! Matt was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and made the process very smooth and fun! We shopped around at a few mattress shops and this one by FAR has the best customer service and quality beds (not huge sale pushers) and if we ever need one in the future or any family and friends I will be sure to send them their way!

I had a wonderful experience here. The gentlemen who helped me were very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery people were very timely and helpful as well. Just received my new mattress today and it is fantastic. Would definitely recommend. It is also a family owned business, so even more of a reason to buy here!

If I could I would give no stars we bought this therapedic Embassy mattress on April 2nd not even been a year and the mattress top is ripping a spring has broke.I am so upset the warranty company would not fix because the receipt does not say what kind of Mattress it was. had to send them the original because the writing on the copy we had was so faint.now the have a broken bed and no receipt was going buy two more queen Mattress here but not now.

The owner, Dave, was a man of his word. We didn't like the mattress we first picked out and he allowed us to return it for a new one. The next day delivery was nice too.

This store is the BOMB !!! The kind of BOMB that explodes in your face!! I bought a Therapedic mattress set. The mattress sagged in the middle. I called, complained to the owner "DAVE" and it took me PAYING FOR AN UPGRADED mattress for them to do anything. I now have had the upgraded mattress a few months and "WHAM", SAGGING in the middle again. Soooo, I again went and camplained to the store owner "DAVE". And AGAIN he wants me to spend MORE money to UPGRADE my mattress. I told him I can not afford another upgrade. He asked me several weeks back to take a picture of the mattress tag and send it to him. I did that and have tried to call and catch him at the store to solve this situation several times. I might as well enjoy suffering on a BAD UPGRADED mattress because "DAVE" sure isn't going to stand by their bragged about "10 YEAR WARRANTY". Do yourself a HUGE favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. They care NOTHING about followup customer care and only want your money for OVERPRICED INFERIOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE !!!! I could have gotten better merchandise at a YARD SALE !!!!!
