My sales consultant Michael Fadel was hands down the BEST sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The communication leading up to delivery, the delivery itself, the dealership, every part of my experience here was sublime. The deal was made so smoothly, offered a great amount for my trade, the finance process was laid out very clearly. This dealership was on a level above of what buying a car should be and feel like. I worked with Michael Fadel to buy a car in early February. He was very easy to work with and a good communicator. I found the car I wanted but had to drive 3 hours to test drive it then again to pick it up. Michael made the buying process very smooth for me - from the negotiation through closure on a few follow up items. He was always available to talk and get a status for me. At this point, all follow ups have been taken care of and I’m a happy customer.

I am a absolutely disgusted with the service and support I received from the Maserati Service Department. I brought my Ghilbi s4 vehicle in for a diagnosis, had a check engine light and a few codes that popped up in the system, Wastegate solenoid sensor, mass airflow sensor, and a couple of pending codes directly related the current codes already mentioned. $285 diagnosis which entailed a POMPUS service writer telling me the car has a BAD engine, metal shavings in the oil?? The Pompus young man did mention it is fixable for $28000.00 the cost of a new motor. I wanted recant the fact that i provided my findings of the ECM readings that narrowed down the actual fixes needed. Either way i left with a terrible feeling that i was just taken advantage of and my car is terminal :( I brought the car home and changed the oil with factory spec. NO METAL SHAVINGS present so parked it for months while i invested in a good OBD scanner and alot of research online.... After testing a few modules, I decided to buy a couple sensors because they were actually inexpensive and the scanner identified them to be permanent codes.... WOW......imagine that I spent just under $80 for a mass air flow sensor and it worked....NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT & NO OPEN MONITORS... driven her over 1000 miles now ALL SYSTEMS GO...& i just passed my emission testing What is really frightening is that I am mechanically inclined and if I wouldn't have doubted the POMPUS service writer I would have a 2015 Ghilbi S4 with 64K miles with a supposed BAD motor...How many customers have really been railroaded at this Dealership????

My car was totaled. I began searching both locally and nationally for a replacement. I found the car (Genesis G80) that I wanted at Maserati of Cleveland. Once we agreed to a price, the paperwork was sent to my bank and we had a deal. I had good communication with the sales person, including the day that the money was being wired to purchase the vehicle. Before I left my home to to sign the paperwork at my bank, I received a text from my sales person, asking if the money was wired. When I got to the bank (5 minuted ride), I signed the paperwork, and watched the bank wire the money, I then texted the salesman and said... done! He did not respond. I traveled back home, and within a half hour, I received a call from the GM. THEY SOLD THE CAR!!! That's not the kicker! I asked them to stop the wire, or wire it back to the bank. They DID NOT, but instead... 2 days later, they mailed a CHECK to my bank! NOW... I cannot get another car, until my bank receives the CHECK and the CHECK CLEARS the bank!!! Turning in my rental in a day. No car... No check... No way to purchase another vehicle. Not sure what others are experiencing with the dealership, but this was the DEAL FROM HELL!!! I'm about 6-7 days from being able to buy a car. Thanks Maserati of Cleveland!

Professional salesman! Salesman Gab was respectful throughout the overall buying experience. I never felt "pressured" to make a purchase as compared to spme of the other dealerships. Gab helped me find a vehicle that met my wish list.

We were very happy with our experience at Maserati of Cleveland! Gabe had the car we were interested in ready for a test drive when we arrived from out of town. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, and we never felt like we were being pushed into buying anything. We got a fair deal on our purchase, and we plan to return in the near future.
