The first time I went there a few years ago, the girl was great and helped me find a shade that I was unsure of but ended up loving. I went back a couple weekends ago and I waited awhile before I walked away to come back when they weren't busy with customers makeup. I came back to the counter about twenty minutes later and one of the two were not doing makeup but checking out a customer, so I waited around. Finally on my turn I really wanted guidance for a shade in the new power kiss lipstick and I felt like it was pulling teeth for her to make suggestions and she kept saying that I was asking for a certain color that I did not say I was looking for, I was looking for suggestions. It just wasn't a great experience and I spent $20 on something for nothing.

Nichole is an absolute gem. She did amazing makeup on my 14 year old niece! She really made her day, and she needed it. She was informative on all the products and explained how to use them. She not only made her look stunning- she gave us a mini lesson also. Thank you so much. Your friendliness and kind words really make us feel welcome.

Omar at the Mac counter is amazing!!! I came to the mall for a day of makeup shopping, with no makeup on so I could properly match my skin tone. I stopped at other stores before I made it to Mac. I had been looked over and talked at once, I was able to get an associate at EVERY store. Until I made my last stop at Mac. Omar was friendly, he listened to me and what I was looking for. He took the time to help me find the best shade of nude for myself and a liner that set it off perfect. I didn't feel judged or rushed. Most importantly he didn't make me feel less than. When walking in a store with makeup on everyone wants to smile and sell you something you come in all natural and you're over looked and, skipped over or, treated like a waste of time. Mac you have an awesome employee, he made my day !!!!!
