If you need a tow, don't call them. My son's car broke down and I requested a tow. State Farm contacted them. After 2 hours I was still waiting. I called the number and got got their voice mail. Sounded like a crackhead left the message. After another 30 minutes I called State Farm and they couldn't get a hold of the "24 hour 7 days a week" company. Here I am still waiting 4 hours later. I could have pushed my car home by now. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Got an estimated tow time of 10:00pm, so we arrived at 9:50 to ensure we had the keys available for the driver. 10:21 we received a text stating new ETA was 10:40. Attempted to call 6 different times, no answer, and full VM box. Contacted our roadside assistance who told us the driver reported he was on site. That could not have been further from the truth. Roadside assistance attempted to call this company, as well, and stated they were not able to get through either.Website states always open... but clearly not available to talk to customers. Don’t waste your time.

not your typical towing company, but in a good way. almost seemed like it was a buddy with a tow truck. the price quoted was fair from the start, I didn't have to call around. the driver was there quick, and very easy to deal with. The flatbed truck was a 2019, which was impressive given their name is "low cost" and the price was affordable. He loaded the very low car with a flat tire without scraping, and was the fist driver to make it into my driveway in a single turn... others are out there for 5 minutes running over my neighbors lawn. I was in the car business for 8 years and these are by far the best people I have dealt with. They made a tire blowout on a somewhat major road easy to deal with. Will definitely be back when needed.

Shows up late, Crashed my vehicle while loading it onto their flat bed.
Still wtg on getting my car back since LoCost crashed it, its now been a MONTH.
