My girlfriend Katie was looking for new prescription glasses and a nice pair of sunglasses. In comes Janet, a kind and thoughtful worker whom helped Katie pick the best frames and fitted them with skill and gusto. We all bonded well and Katie will definitely be coming back in the future, for purchases or just to say a friendly "hello" and "thank you". Great work!!! :)

I rarely ever write reviews but I had to after today’s service. We were greeted and helped by Nadine - honestly made the whole process seamless. I’ve always been nervous about glasses and how they look on me so I go with my family each time. Today, I brought my SO and she helped so much with her input as well. It was refreshing how honest she was (which I truly appreciated). It didn’t feel like she was just pitching me the expensive ones; I felt like she took time and gave me an honest opinion on how each one looked on me. I love my SO but a girl’s opinion helped support me too! Can’t wait to come pick them up. Highly rec this place .. and NADINE!

The optometry tech Manny was very nice and professional! Dr. Lemke was very quick and was able to get me my new glasses within an hour of my exam. Will come back again!

Stopped up to get help swapping out damaged RayBan lens. Yianni was great and helped me quickly change the lens. They didn't charge me thanked me for choosing their location. I will use them again hands down.

Elizabeth, helped me with my sunglasses! She fixed them straight away! Perfection and good as new. if you have any problems with sunglasses or glasses in general this is the place to go.

I have to say it was a pleasant experience and the doctor was more than helpful and patient with me. I had so many problems with contacts but she helped me find the right one without rushing like other places. The staff are equally helpful and polite. I see why they have good ratings. I highly recommend.

The opticians at the Great Northern store were so kind, helpful and patient.One of them, Baryalai, took extra time with me and assisted me with insurance details. His rapport and knowledge were a great help to me.
