“Fantastic products and customer service. My Moen kitchen and bathroom faucets are all now over ten years old and have functioned well. My kitchen faucet only recently started a slow leak. I sent a message to Moen asking what to do, and they surprisingly sent me all of the parts needed for repair under their lifetime warranty. So I decided to evaluate my other Moen products. My Moen shower head has had lower flow rate and a tiny tiny drip for quite some time. Once again, I contacted Moen and they sent me replacement parts.I am very impressed and will be installing only new Moen products whenever I renovate or move. I sent my customer service requests via their website, and I immediate receive an email confirmation. Make sure you include photos of your product. Don't worry if you don't know the model of your product... they seem to have automated algorithms for detecting your model number based on your photos!The response time can be slow (1-3 days). Apparently they have a lot of requests. But that's understandable, and I'd much rather have a high quality response than a fast one. Thank you, Moen!”

I had a very challenging and tight time frame due to my travel schedule, but Luis and his crew got the job done before I had to leave town. It was a super tight time frame, and, they actually finished ahead of schedule. I had the work quoted by four different companies, and Meza Stoneworks not only had the best pricing, but also gave excellent guidance on my selections. The communication was seamless, because Luis is involved in every aspect from the quoting to the measuring and the install. “We looked around for kitchen cabinets for awhile. The box stores like Lowes and Home Depot were very expensive. We went to factory direct and we love the cabinets we got. They came out to the house to double check our measurements and came up with a better idea for cabinet layout that we had. We got our cabinets years ago and they still like we just bought them! Very good quality. If you need new cabinets, check them out! You will not be disappointed!!”
