Awful experience. I went in to get a simple document notarised and waited 35 mins. Another person who came in about 15 mins after us was called in before us. Now by this time my 2 year old wanted to walk around so I let her and to my surprise there were three bankers in an office laughing and whooping it up like their customers time is not worth anything. At the end of the hallway was the branch manager, who was catching up on facebook on his cell phone. Just an awful branch with staff who don't care. Your time is not valuable to anyone in this branch.

Horrible service since they keep closing branches. They keep the worst ones open and close the good ones. I'm looking to change banks. Huntington used to be good. Now they're awful!

Came in at 3:30 and waited to speak to teller then teller had me wait to speak with someone else and I sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting just to be told at 4:45 that the other person wouldn’t meet with me because they would be closing soon! Would’ve been great to know that before I waited over an hour!!

Every time I come here to deposit money they question me. I work like everyone else and put money in. Stay away from Kelly she always have a bad attitude and doesn’t put the customer first. Stay away from her. They should close branch down

Huntington Bank will not refund stolen debit card funds. They lie, cheat and steal. They stole $3000 from my son claiming chip cards cannot be cloned. He had proof of being at work while his card was used for a Disney trip, Cricket cellphones (even though he has Verizon) and several other purchases. He has proof he was at work during these purchases and they will not return his money. Huntington isn’t a safe bank.

If you wanna wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru or the lobby come here ?? absolute clown show. Too cheap to hire more than one teller I switched banks.

Hands down the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. After 6 months of multiple hour phone calls, I was told that my Credit card dispute was pass the time to review. This is after receiving a letter in the mail saying the claim was ruled in my favor. When the money wasn’t refunded, I was told the letter was incorrect. I have personal & business accounts with Key and Chase. I will be closing my business Huntington account as soon as possible and take my business to another bank.

Treated like a number and not a person while trying to get a business loan. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at this specific branch as if I wasn’t going through enough with starting a new business.

Went into the North Olmsted Huntington to take some money out of my 401k. There were three employees standing around a phone looking at pictures as I came in. It took about a minute for one to even acknowledge I was there, quickly followed by "someone will be with you soon". I watched them proceed to stand around until two employees decided to go to lunch, at which point I went to speak with a banker for assistance. She said she could not help me and placed me with a teller, who had never completed this action before in her career. I spent two hours at Huntington as this teller, who was very kind by the way, attempted to learn on the job. An action that seems to me, someone on the floor should be trained to complete. Never the less, when I regain my patience I will return to (another) Huntington bank and pull the funds from my accounts with them.

Atm drive thru was great! It looks new, card is always exposed, doesn't get sucked into the machine. You are able to withdraw different dominations $1, $5 $10,$20's etc..etc. very handy!

I went here to complete a wire transfer for a new home & the staff was amazing. Jasmine Graham was the representative helping me & she was great. The Branch Manager Nikki Hamdan was very polite & helpful. I recommend this Branch 100%

Went here to talk to somebody who could answer a few concerns of mine in regards to my direct deposit, instead I got general information from an elderly teller who didnt listen and talked over me. You need an appointment even when the place is empty, so much for good Customer Service!!
