High prices. They don’t check electronics like VCRs but want high price. If you’re not checking them the price should be low. Miss the color system and old way to save points. I have been going to savers Hope goodwill changes

I feel as though their prices are too high for no longer having the color deals. I find good items every once in awhile, but I only stop by if I happen to be in the area to go to Saver's.

There pricing off other stores online. Regardless if they receive the item free goodwill has turned into a store/business. I saw the workers before they priced the item looked online first.

I went today with my 3 month old daughter and mother as we are scrolling through the isles I see the furniture we are walking past and I see a bed bug on one of the furniture pieces ! Please be careful

We bought a couch off the floor on Saturday, January 13th. We were told it was okay to come back and pick it up on Monday (MLK day) between 5:30-6:30pm when my boyfriend had his work truck. He works 12 hours, drives straight from work, arrives at 6pm only to discover they're closed. So the following day, he works 12 hours again, arrives at 6:30 and was told they sold it to someone else because they didn't see a tag on it. What? And "Oh we decided to close early yesterday because of the holiday". The icing on the cake: they wouldn't even refund his money. He has to call back tomorrow when the manager is there. Yay. Another trip. At this point,we've spent more in gas money than what the couch cost. Totally unorganized and ridiculous. A complete waste of our time and money. Will not be returning.

Best Goodwill I've been to and I love it I go every weekend and Lym F and Jeremy the manager are wonderful people I love good customer service and it's hard to find that at stores and when me and my family shop here we receive the best service.
