HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not advise any new or potential clients take your tax portfolio to this location.. If your looking for answers to your tax questions or to find yourself a reliable accountant DO NOT COME HERE. Jim Schaeper rushed me in and out, with ZERO interest in answering any of my questions, and I left wondering why I paid him and not just filing for free online with the many programs available for a simple return and refund. Nobody was available afterwards to assist with a follow-up, then after April they are all Out-of-office.Will NOT recommend to anyone.

I have been going to Gerst tax since I was 19 years and got my first job and David has always done my taxes but the past few years I have not been able to get an appointment with him, they have me drop off my personal information in a box outside. I call and call and it like he refuses to see me to do my taxes. I have a hard time believing that when I call months in advance that I can’t get in appointment when I never had a problem all these years I’m now 35 years old so it’s been going to him a long time. It’s really upsetting I’m very disappointed in them so I will be taken my taxes somewhere else because I have no choice since they refuse to do them!
