This guy attacked the 480 ramps I can't disclose the MPH... I could never do it cuz of the high center of gravity but he had no problem with it and was amused at my clear uncomfortability... This service was amazing and they are very trustworthy. I had service done on a BMW oil filter housing. They changed 2 gaskets and fully cleaned up the oil leak in the engine bay. The service was exactly as quoted and was done in great time. The receptionist was amazing and kind! We definitely will be back for more great service!

The staff repaired my car in a few hours and the bill was less than $100 after a local dealer wanted to repair my car for $3500.

Top notch service at a fair price, can't ask for anything more than that.From Maria/Office Manager, to Tim/Expert Technician, and Mr. Galati himself, they all took great care of my car which had a severely bent rear rim and a bad front ball joint.

They were terrific and very responsive. Easy to get on the phone. Seemed to be very trustworthy… my original quote from one of their competitors, was going to unnecessarily replace a relatively new part. I’m definitely going back!

Terrible service!!! I should have listened to the negative reviews. Not only did my check engine come back on within the next day of leaving Galatis but they left scratches and dents on my vehicle. I will never take my car back here ever again.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Misleading quotes, before committing to them check repairs at other shops! Received a verbal quote for wheel bearings on my 2015 Prius that has 182000 miles. They replaced one wheel bearing but charged me the same price that I was quoted for two. I also obtained a quote from Allstar Discount Muffler that was $30 less but further away so I went with Galati’s. The bearing replacement also did not include the entire hub assembly. Did they just replace the bearing, I’m not sure? The cost $580!

They have been servicing a relatives car for years, and now they are the only place I would take my cars. They can service old and are capable of servicing new. They are a good for for the older crowd but I would recommend to any younger people looking for a knowledgeable staff and expert service. I have been to plenty of “do it cheaper” places… You get what you pay for, they will do the job right the first time so you wont be doing it twice.Services: Battery

Took my Volkswagen to Galati’s and was happy with the service I paid for. The owner and service manager are very efficient and informative. The labor rate was very reasonable considering how much dealers are charging these days, with the same if not better quality. Will be recommending to friends/family.Services: Electrical

I should have taken previous negative reviews more seriously. My car was not completed when promised. I was told they could not appreciate an obvious crunch when driving until I requested a test drive with a mechanic. Lastly, I left with a new, perfectly round scuff in my PPF on the front passenger fender (see photo), which of course they denied. Don’t make the same mistake!Service: General repairs & maintenance
