No customer service! Bought shoes online and they sent me 2 different sizes. Went to this location to do a return. Waiting in line, while 3 employees are doing nothing by the front. One employees finally comes over to help the cashier. The employee or manager that was helping me had no customer service skills. She wouldn't be my return because they had inventory that day and they can't sell the shoes because they are 2 different sizes. How is that my problem! Clearly they didn't want to take a loss on their inventory. So now I have to inconvenience myself and mail the shoes back. This could and should have been handled better. Won't be shopping at this location and don't waste your time with an online return.

My husband, myself and son went in to get shoes. We were greeted by the sales lady with her head down. She said nothing else. We were looking for running shoes, we chose to go in there first. Nothing spotted our eye and we got no help from the lady who was on her phone taking pictures. We went next door to foot locker and got great service and 2 pairs of running shoes for $310. Glad I didn't waste my money for bad service!

My experience at FinishLine is usually pleasant but today I went into the store and purchased some Air Max 270 ,my fault for not trying them on before I purchased them but as soon as I got home I tried them on and felt I needed to get a size bigger so I promptly returned to the store for an exchange, I explained to the young lady that was at the cash register that I needed to exchange the shoes for a bigger size ,she brought out the shoes in a bigger size and I tried them on this time before leaving a good fit , after she started the procedure of the exchange she said she needs a email to complete the process of the exchange. I informed her that I don't have one so at this point she stated that she cannot do the exchange without a email ,I told her that I don't have one to give and if she can't exchange I'll just take a refund, she said without a email she can't do anything without a email that I will not get exchange or refund ,a manager was called to the cash register and the situation was explained to her and she also stated that nothing could be done without a email ,at this point I asked her to let me talk to someone above her and she stated that he went out and she doesn't know when he will be back ,I said I'll wait ,a few minutes later a male approached me and asked what's the issue .I explained the situation and he said it's rare that someone doesn't have a email and I can take the exchange shoes with me but without a receipt, I stated I'm not walking out of this store without a receipt and which point he said let me call to see how to proceed at which point he got on the phone and was talking with someone ,10min later he said we're all set the young lady will ring you out with the exchange and a receipt. At this point all the personnel I came in contact with had a rude attitude towards me ,what a unpleasant experience ,I usually make it to the Finish Line twice a year ,this may have been my last

Never greeted , then first gal extremely rude ,I believe we interrupted what she was doing , still not even a hello , 2nd gal came out a bit later no greeting and only came out because a large family came in . What a shame when spending top dollar and I was with a 5 year and 10 yr old so uncool of them ?

⚠️ STAY AWAY ⚠️Made a online order for a pair of shoes for Same Day Pickup. 2 hours after I placed the order I was curious how long before I could pickup my order so i decided to call the store to ask if they could give me a route estimate on how long it takes and the girl I spoke with (1) was unprofessional and talked to me like i was a low life (2) very rude. She told me that my shoes would be ready when they place a sticker on them and scan them, so i replied with I know that I just want an estimate if I could and she replied the same thing and she hung up. I called back and they would not answer. So i called corporate and talked to a lady who says she called the store and talked to a manager and the order will be ready in 24 hours, so i asked to just cancel my order, i was then told id have to go in store to cancel my order. Before getting off the phone with the representative I asked about making a complaint on the store, she told me She would call me back in 30 mins…never heard from her again. I went to the store to cancel my order and EVERYONE in this store needs fired or re trained. Unprofessionalism must just be something taught my management because theres a lot of it. The store almost felt like a hang out spot for the workers. So i found another pair of shoes on the wall and proceed to the counter to check out and before going through with the transaction I asked about cancelling my order and the guy told me he could not cancel my order at that time that he would take my info and get it done before he leaves for the day. I declined that option. Im still needing my order cancelled as I write this and the shoes i bought will definitely be the last pair of shoes i buy from finishline or JD sports every again.

Ghetto, unprofessional, zero training on how to work the register!4 ladies working at finishline (you’d think they have some class & self respect) using inappropriate words, having a whole conversation with one another, as I’m getting checked out, talking loud and obnoxious! No hello, no thank you have a nice day but horsing around in the store, bad vibes!

Finish line itself may not have good customer service, but at least this store does! Staff is super nice, helpful, efficient and goes above and beyond to take care of customers. I live a lot closer to a few other locations, but will go out of my way just to shop at this one.

I use to be a skeptic because everytime I would see something I liked there, it was way over priced. What I didn't take the time to find out then, is that they do have Sales! They always have the latest styles and Trends. I did a lot of shopping there this year because I couldn't find the pricing elsewhere. Like No Where! I found top Names for very responsible prices. I signed up with the website and got first picks on new styles for shoes and clothing. Plus..they notified me an hour before a special showing and I got a pair of the limited addition 2Pac/Grant Hills! And now with every purchase if your signed up, give you points that you can use for a variety of perks like, money off, free shipping, gift cards. Tons of stuff so it's worth it. They have a new Regular shopper now! If you order on line it comes pretty quickly too! Thanks Finish Line! You made shopping for my man a lot easier!
