Worst customer service ever experienced. Associate was beyond rude to the point of making my wife cry. She came with a prepaid package and the older gentleman there was beyond rude to her. She doesn’t mail things often and the gentleman or I should say POS there continued to disrespect my wife and talk a whole lot of me the whole time. Don’t expect any customer service at this location. Whatever you do please avoid this location since the management there do not care how they treat paying customers

Horrible customer service. Attempted to take a prepaid FedEx package to this location. Associate stood and watched me unload from my truck while my wife helped only to tell me we probably cant ship after getting it indoors. Then took time to measure and stated its size was okay but does it have batteries? WELL YEAH YOU DONUT ITS AN ELECTRIC BIKE! Sorry we don't ship those. Then I mention FedEx delivered it and said that must be a DIFFERENT FEDEX.....really get a grip this is why people don't use your service. You are pathetic! Go back and talk to your girlfriend at the counter while the customers struggle.

Bad customer service. I told the guy working there that I got a coupon from office max and wether they have any discounts going in. He said that's a lie and that FedEx don't offer any coupons. Very strange guy...

The fact that you can’t hold packages or forward them to new addresses in 2023 is ridiculous. I don’t understand how fedex is still in business.

These Men and ladies give amazing service . I needed some documents copied ,then scanned onto a USB drive. Alaska used high quality heavy paper for the documents and put the scanned files in the right folders on my usb drive. I will now use this location for all of my documents.

I paid over $120.00 for overnite express which was supposed to be delivered by 8AM. It was time sensitive and I was assured it would be there by 8AM...... guess what.... not only did it not get there at 8AM, FedEx was trying to get us to wait til THE NEXY DAY ( after I paid for OVERNITE ). I was unhappy and had to play phone tag for weeks with their corporate folks because I felt a refund was in order..... they not only won't give me a refund, they also say that "sometimes these things happen".... then don't offer overnite service that's expensive and unreliable

I used to go there.They showed they accept Apple pay but they don't.The guy also very rude they never accept apple pay but why they showing They accept Apple pay????It should be change
