They made me work on my lunch break a lot and the elyria location made me follow around every african American who walked in the store for theft. This happened to me at the Elyria store in 2012. I hated everything about the racism at the time, the now me would give the finger and walk out, with the stupid zebra stripide wind pant workout they started making all the employees wear.

Came in today to buy some golf gear. Spent a good amount of money and had to deal with Kalya's dismissive and unenthusiastic attitude. Not sure why someone who works in customer service has an attitude when dealing with customers. She may need to be rotated to a different position.

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean environment.
My 15 year old son needed football cleats in size 13. Even with the off-season, they had plenty to choose from. Just didn't like the price, lol!

Olivia was the cashier this afternoon and she was nice!
There was another employee who ignored my mom and I as we were shopping and didn’t greet us or ask us if we needed help, but she went past us and asked the people behind us. We were in her line of vision. Maybe she thought my mom and I didn’t speak English. Just something to keep in mind - to greet every customer.

I called an hour away to ask about a product: the young man who answered didn’t even reply with “Dick’s sporting goods”- I had to ask if that was the number. I asked if they had the product - he guaranteed they did- I drove an hour away - to find out he lied. Manager stated she didn’t know who said it but that they were wrong. ?

Horrible customer service! The employees treat you as if you're a bother. They are not knowledgeable with directions or inventory. The website does not reflect accurate in-stock inventory. The employees will have you aimlessly running around the store to find products that are out of stock. This seems to be a running theme in both North Olmsted and Parma locations. I much prefer ordering online.

One of the best parts of the Great Northern mall is this store. The store has all of your sporting needs. It’s typically well-stocked. They also have a ton of shoes. We go here for soccer shoes. It’s a good location to go to if you live in the North Olmsted area.
